A dozen world class ski resorts are within an hour's drive.  Or go to the 2002 Olympic training site and try your hand at bobsledding or even a skeleton run.
 
The most comprehensive genealogical resources are blocks away. Or enjoy a concert or Jazz game at Vivint Arena--one block from the condo. Or take in a game at the University of Utah and not even worry about parking--Trax will take you right to the stadium.
 
This is great for the weekend business stay or a longer vacation. You will not find a better downtown location.

Great condo!


We really enjoyed our stay. Space is perfect for a couple. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants. Definitely would stay again!

Lovely condo & perfect location!


We traveled to Salt Lake City to see Pink perform and this condo couldn\'t have been more perfect for our visit. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and updated. We thought the converted warehouse vibe was super cool. There was a cute little coffee shop downstairs and several restaurants within walking distance. For us, the best part was that we were also able to easily walk to the concert! The whole experience exceeded our expectations. I would most definitely recommend this property to anyone.
