We love Boggy Sand Road!! North end of Seven Mile Beach so we get the best of all worlds. Close to the SMB amenities but our beach is not crowded and full of marine life.

What makes this House unique

Most of the rental options along SMB are condos. With Clearwater House you can a private home to spread out with your family, play your music, leave your floaties by the pool,etc. We are on the north end of SMB and although not on the beach very, very close. You can walk to beach for fun during day and relax with privacy at night.

Beauty in Cayman


Wonderful trip to Cayman! Gorgeous house, spacious, clean, great kitchen and comfortable beds. Here with group of 7. We used each part of the house-- cooking meals together, gathered around watching movies and playing games, and enjoying the infinity pool. The Sonos system was especially nice inside and out. The ocean entrance was rocky but we were prepared with water shoes. The use of the paddleboards and our snorkeling gear provided hours of fun in the \"backyard\". We saw spiny Caribbean lobsters, pretty fish and an octopus! Kathy was a fantastic hostess and provided much guidance for us!! We rented a van and loved having Hurleys grocery nearby. Thank you, Kathy for so many tips and insights! We enjoyed Smith Cove, Sunset House, Spotts Beach, several tours to Stingray City and Bio Bay, and shopping. Modern home, lots of room, stocked kitchen, amenities. This stay was everything we could hope for!

Well worth it


We had amazing week at Sugar Reef. Incredible home with outstanding views. Kathy made us right at home and was an awesome host for my family for the week! We will be back for sure!

Grand Cayman Get-a-Way


We just returned from an amazing Grand Cayman trip with our kids and grandkids - 10 total. The property was perfect...spotless, beautifully decorated, amazing views and spaces large enough for family meals, games, etc...The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The house has great bedrooms and bathrooms...and an incredible patio for sitting out and viewing the sunsets. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the crystal clear ocean. Kathy saw to our every need and even made sure that our wait for our flight was good on departure day...suggested the Grand Cayman Yacht Club for lunch and the kids were able to swim all afternoon while waiting on our flight! They even had showers and free transportation to the airport! It was the perfect place for our family!
