Guests LOVE Clearwater House because they have it all! - privacy to spread out by the pool, listen to your music, etc.  Take a 2 min walk to Seven Mile Beach along the small,  gravel sea-side Boggy Sand Road.

A grocery store, pharmacy, bank, liquor store and couple of casual  eateries are withing walking distance. When you are ready for a night out, the corridor restaurants and amenities are only 3-5 miles away. 
 
The property is enclosed with a privacy wall and has a long set-back from the nearest neighbor so your family or group can sit back and relax.  You could easily spend an entire day and evening enjoying the pool and outdoor space that Clearwater House has to offer.  
 
The beach access path is 323 ft from the driveway and, since Boggy Sand Road is a tiny, and not a through street, walking to beach is super easy.  We have the best off-shore snorkeling that Seven Mile Beach has to offer.  
 
The ex-U.S.S. Kittiwake reef and dive site is located straight out from Boggy Sand Beach
 
Many people from around the island head to the sea wall by Boggy Sand Road just to catch the amazing sunsets.  At this sea wall, where Boggy Sand Road begins, you will also find Heritage Kitchen, the well known island fish shack famous for its simplicity, fresh fish with beans and rice.
 
-Nearby  (very) causal restaurants within walking distance include Heritage Kitchen, Alfresco's, Boggy Sand Cafe, 24-hr Subway and West Bay Diner. 
 
-Finer dining restaurants a short drive away (1.8 mi) include: Calypso Grill, Catch and Morgan's Harbor; all favorites. 
 
-Hotel, numerous restaurants along the SMB corridor, and Camana Bay ( a shopping center with a movie theater) are only 3 - 4.5 miles away.
 
-Nearby attractions include the Cayman Turtle Farm and Dolphin Discovery (1.8 mi), Cemetery Beach (0.6 mi), West Bay Beach Boat Ramp (0.25 mi), Yacht Club Boat Ramp (2.0 mi), Ritz Carlton Blue-Tip Golf Course (3.7 mi), Safehaven Dock and Northsound Golf Course (3.8 mi) and a curious little town called Hell (1.8 mi).  
 
Need More Space - Inquire to rent the Separate Studio Bunk Room that can sleep up to 8 more people for an additional nightly rate.  This space is not rented to 3rd parties only rented to family/group renting main house. Just mention in the inquiry to add the additional nightly fee for bunk room ($500-$800/night) depending on season.

We love Boggy Sand Road!! North end of Seven Mile Beach so we get the best of all worlds. Close to the SMB amenities but our beach is not crowded and full of marine life.

What makes this House unique

Most of the rental options along SMB are condos. With Clearwater House you can a private home to spread out with your family, play your music, leave your floaties by the pool,etc. We are on the north end of SMB and although not on the beach very, very close. You can walk to beach for fun during day and relax with privacy at night.

AMAZING....Enough said!


This place looks awesome on the web, but it is actually BETTER in person. I was worried about the walk to the beach because I had watched the video they posted. It is actually WAY shorter than that video seems. The pool is huge and our 1,3,7,8,9 year old kids that were on the trip had an AMAZING time. They could snorkel right off the beach that was such an easy walk. THANK YOU SO MUCH for such a lovely stay.

Kathy was fantastic from day one. Helped pick us up at the airport, showed us around, took us to the grocery store, even let us use her car one day. The house itself was great, absolutely as described. Perfect location. Cannot think of one thing that did not meet or exceed expectations

A little bit of paradise!


Clearwater House exceeded our expectations! The home was perfect for our family of 9. It was tastefully decorated and had everything we could have needed. From baking powder in the kitchen to snorkels, masks and fins for the beach, which was a very short walk from our driveway. Because we werent at a resort, we had to tote chairs and umbrellas to the beach. There were carts available. Kathy was so helpful. She even escorted us to a great snorkeling site one day. Shes around if you need anything but is not intrusive at all. We had a wonderful time!

Awesome House


This property is awesome. Great, quiet location just steps from 7 mile beach. Kathy was great! She gave us great advice and helped us set up some excursions. Our group was two families consisting of kids from 10-17. We had plenty of room and the kids loved the pool. There were all kinds of stuff for us to use at the beach (kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling gear and chairs). We had a blast and hope to go back to the Caymans again. We will definitely check with Kathy when we plan on returning. I would definitely recommend this property.
