House is in the Big Boulder community, a few minutes from Big Boulder ski slopes and in the summer the house has access to Big Boulder Lake Club with pool, beach on the lake, boats available on the lake, tennis, volleyball and much more. House has a pool table, hot tub, jacuzzi, and so much more. 2 wood-burning fireplaces make this an ideal house for families and large groups. Free standing house wth four bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, cable, wifi, modern kitchen, and all the comforts you could want.
 
The Boulder Lake Club offers a variety of recreational activities for renters including beach, outdoor heated pool, tennis, volleyball, badminton, cornhole, ladderball, football, soccer, basketball, bocce ball, ping pong, horseshoes. Please check out Big Boulder Club for more information. It is open all week in the summer and usually weekends from Memorial Day to beginning of summer and end of summer to mid September.
 
Please check with owner for Rates as new rate structure on is confusing and rates may be lower or higher than shown. Minimum rental is usually 2 nights and if you want to rent a Friday or Sat night, the full weekend rate applies to the second night whether it is a Thurs or a Sunday. Non weekend rate is generally an add on to a weekend rental. If you want to rent just mid week (Sun to Thurs), the night rate depends on when you want to stay and how long  .Summer weekly rentals are usually Friday to Friday. Less than a week is possible depending on when you want to start and end the stay. 
 
NO PROM OR SIMILAR AGE GROUPS.
LINENS AND/OR TOWELS CAN BE SUPPLIED BY A SERVICE FOR A SMALL REASONABLE FEE. MOST GUESTS DO NOT WANT THIS, SO I DO NOT INCLUDE THE COST IN THE CHARGES. BUT YOU CAN GET EITHER OR BOTH FOR A REASONABLE FEE. PLEASE CHECK WITH OWNER.
