This large deluxe 2 bedroom at Sterling Sands is on the 4th floor and boasts a direct beach view from the living room and from the master suite.  New tile was completed November 2018 along with window treatments and selected furnishings.  The unit features a large double balcony, updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, a huge master suite with direct access to balcony and direct beach view.  Master suite includes a king bed, large flat screen HDTV, garden tub in bathroom, large walk in closet, dual vanities and separate walk in shower.  Large second bedroom features a king bed, large flat screen HDTV, roomy closet and en suite full bath. 
 
There is a reserved covered parking spot right next to the elevator.  Complimentary beach service is included with rental from March 1 through end of October.  Complex includes a beach front grilling area as well as a newly renovated fitness center.  Free wifi is included with your rental.  Sterling Sands is a lovely mid rise condo with a large uncrowded beach, conveniently located in mid Destin.  Kayak and paddle board rentals are available at the beach hut on site.  It is walking distance from the Back Porch beachside restaurant, the Trak Amusement Park, Merlin's Pizza, and many other attractions and restaurants.  The Harbour Walk, with it's many restaurants, and other activities such as fishing charters, jet ski rentals, sailing expeditions, dinner cruises, and many other fun activities is a short drive away.

Why Dinah Porch chose Destin

I'v enjoyed owning my small 2 bedroom but wanted to have the larger 2 bedroom for the master on the gulf, all that extra room, and the reserved parking spot! I made my other condo as nice as it could possibly be, and had many 5 star ratings from my guests. I plan to do the same with this property!

What makes this Condo unique

I love Destin because it is a quieter, calmer atmosphere than you will find at some other gulf beach towns. It is getting increasingly rare to find direct beach views. That is why I love Sterling Sands. Open those drapes and what do you see? The Gulf of Mexico!

Additional Rate details

Cleaning Fee: $135
Either Refundable Damage Deposit of $300 or Property Damage Insurance: $59 are required for rental.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during periods where 7 night rentals are required.
4 night rentals starting or ending on Saturday will be at lower weekday rate.

Lovely Condo with Great Views!


Great location and awesome views. My little one loves the see thru balcony railing and would say Woah! Every time she went out on it. The covered parking spot right next to the elevator was very convenient. Keeps your car nice and chilled. The beach chair service that comes with renting the condo was also excellent and the pool is nice and warm. Condo was nice and clean and has everything you need. The best thing about the condo is the great straight on view of the ocean. You can see it from almost any place in the condo. The owner is also very accommodating and makes sure you enjoy yourself. Easy to talk to and replies very fast. I don’t know what else to say besides this place is perfect!
