Welcome to our home. Come and relax in our beautiful outdoor space with tropical plants, herbs, fruit trees, exotic orchids & lots of birds. Centrally located just 4 minutes away from Northern Caribbean University and the town centre. Enjoy the sunrise in the fresh mountain air with lots of joggers and walkers, and then have breakfast under the lychee tree or in the patio.
 
The space
Your bedroom is located in the main house with private entrance and has an antique 4-poster double bed, night table with lamp, chest of drawer, closet, wall fan, desk with chair, flat screen tv with cable, bar fridge, electric kettle with tea/coffee condiments and a bottle of water. We exchange towels every 3 days and change linen every 5 days.
 
Guest access
You are most welcome to use our entire property including our living room and patio. Josephine will be very happy to assist with your laundry at an additional cost. We also accept reservations for breakfast for your additional guests at an additional cost.
 
Other things to note
We have a large collection of orchids and fruit trees. You may pick any of the fruits in season. Continental breakfast under lychee tree/patio 8.30-9.30 AM. Lots of outdoor dining tables, hammocks and space for BBQ and grilling etc. Please do not smoke inside (lots of ash trays outside) and no overnight guests or loud music. Guests are welcome to visit you in the patio or in the garden.

House Special - plantain or banana porridge. Please let us know what you would like as we can tailor to your needs. Jamaican breakfast US$10/pp. Air conditioning US$25/night Parking at back Lots of verandah talks. Our guests are warmly welcomed and leave as friends and family.

I am really grateful


I am really grateful to Lisa for being such a gracious host, especially as this was a last minute booking. She responded quickly to messages and we were nicely welcomed. The location was central and relatively easy to find, as it\'s marked on (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps. And we felt safe. The room was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. It is clear that great thought went into making a guest feel right at home, in a clean, relaxed environment, that had many things that you needed but didn\'t know you needed it until that very moment. Breakfast was really good, thanks to Ms. Jo, and conversations were even more fascinating and inspiring thanks to Richard. It was a nice start to a wonderful day. I will definitely return and will recommend persons to stay here.

Super clean, cute place


Super clean, cute place with friendly hosts willing to accommodate as needed. I slept like a baby. Safe environment, surrounded in a nice neighborhood with beautiful homes. Vegetarian breakfast requested was served with fresh juice both very very good. Highly recommend!

This place sets the bar for what an should be. Which is a home away from home. Every single detail is attended to and to top it off Richard and Lisa are a beautiful, warm couple. The setting is serene, breakfast cooked by Ms. Jo is absolutely delicious, it is clean, convenient and safe. I will return again and again. Thanks to Richard and Lisa for creating a haven that’s worth every penny spent for the stay. I look forward to my next visit.
