Our family first heard about Little Gasparilla Island back in June of 1997, we visited the island out of curiosity as it was described as a barrier island, with no commercial establishments and it sounded like a "Gilligans island" and once we got-off the ferry-boat we became hooked. We felt in love with the complex and immediately started the purchasing process, we took possession of our first unit in September 1997 and acquired the second unit in 2000, unit H-3 which we still own and rent to our friends.
