Additional Rate details

These  timeshare weeks START on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. You pay for the full week. You don't have to be there the full week but you are renting a one week timeshare.

Reservations made 45 days or less out pricing:

Any 1 bedroom sleeps 4 - has a full week price of $623 ($89/nt)

 

Reservations made more than 45 days out pricing:

Any 1 bedroom sleeps 4 - has a full week price of $693 ($99/nt)

 

I use PayPal exclusively for payment. This price includes all fees and taxes

your card will be used for a security deposit which is fully refundable as long as there are no charges to your room. Please pay attention to the instructions on how to leave your room

 There is seldom availability less than 2 weeks away. the odds are very good from 3-6 weeks advance notice?

 

Once the rental is complete the sale is final. There are no refunds.

If your plans change, let me know as early as possible, and I will try to rent it to someone else.

And if successful, I will refund you whatever money I receive... But no guarantees.
