Proud Mom of 2 boys Che & Chad. Previously employed at LIAT the Caribbean Airline from Nov 1991 to April 2020. I reside on the property and have been hosting since May 2016. I play the guitar and I Love the 70s, 80s & 90s! My motto is "Treat people the way you would want to be treated". Why the name "Tequila Sunrise?" Because of my love for music & movies!!! Tequila Sunrise is the name of an Eagles song, the name of an 80s movie, the name of a cocktail and coincidentally the same as my initials TS... it was just the right fit. Come on in and make Tequila Sunrise your "home away from home!!!".

NON-REFUNDABLE PREPAYMENT ($50-$500 DEPENDING ON LENGTH OF STAY) REQUIRED TO RESERVE THE ROOM(S). PREPAYMENT OPTIONS: ZELLE, ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT), PAYPAL, CREDIT CARD (VIA PAYPAL SERVICE). BALANCE IS DUE ON ARRIVAL IN USD OR ECD CASH. FREE CANCELLATION UP TO 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE OF ARRIVAL.
 
HOUSE RULES (Excerpt)
-  Absolutely NO SMOKING in the room(s), NO PARTIES or SOCIAL GATHERINGS, NO PETS, NO ILLICIT SUBSTANCES.
- NO INFANTS or CHILDREN UNDER 10 allowed in the room(s). This rule also applies to visitors of guests.
- TURN OFF ALL AIR CONDITIONING UNITS prior to leaving and OPEN THE WINDOWS when cooking.
- Cook on low to medium heat and avoid frying food. Be sure to CLEAN ALL GREASE and OIL STAINS!
- VISITORS OF GUESTS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY THE OWNER!
- Do NOT share your ACCESS CODE with anyone who is not staying. You are fully responsible for the room and its contents.
- Damage to the room and/or its contents MUST BE REIMBURSED.
- CLOSE THE GATE to the property on entering and leaving.
- WASH THE SAND FROM YOUR FEET before entering the room.
- NO CANDLES or OILS allowed.
- Do NOT remove any linen or wares from the room. They are provided for sole use at Tequila Sunrise. Do not take bath towels to the beach. Linen change is scheduled and done by the Owner.
- KEEP THE ROOM CLEAN! CLEANING FEE of US$110/EC$300 will be charged if the room is not returned as it was presented at check-in.

Perfect for transit stays


Timmi was a fantastic hostess. We only stayed for a night as we were in transit but she contacted me before I arrived via Whatsapp, arranged my driver for arrival and departure, provided whatever I needed and the facilities were great, especially in comparison to my next self-catering apartment. Plenty of crockery, washing up liquid, pots and pans and dish towels. It\'s the small things that make all the difference..

This place was genuinely one of the highest of a 2 week tour of the Caribbean. In terms of value for money, the helpfulness and friendliness of Timmi and overall quiet and safe nature of the surrounding area, I was amazed. Timmi took control of my booking, dealt with all of my queries promptly and professionally and gave me perfect directions to the place. She has an extremely professional taxi driver, Shawn, who she put me into contact with, who was always prompt and very helpful too. On arrival at the accommodation, Timmi met us, made sure we were happy with the place, showed us everything we needed to know such as the WiFi password and how to use the air conditioning (which, by the way she had had on long enough to have the temperature perfect for our arrival) and gave us great advice on where to go and what to do. All of which was excellent advice. Absolutely 10/10 and unbeatable for the price.

Great apartment in nice suburb of St Johns


The apartment was clean and well equipped. Plenty of A/C if required and good cable TV. There was a Mini mart close by and buses to St Johns nearby. Timmi, the host was helpful and lived close by.
