Our house accommodates 1-6 people.  House is in a secure gated community, security on-site and located outside Trujillo, Honduras Central America, on the Caribbean Sea in Eco Beach Trujillo Resort.  A beautiful 1,000 square foot spacious house and has a big lot to grow a garden.  Fully furnished kitchen with all major big appliances and small utensils, it has a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, 3 separate air conditioning units, master bedroom has a double bed with closet space, dining room has a table/chairs seats 4, a full bathroom with tub/shower, living room has LCD TV with DVD player (cable not included), two pull out couches (which sleeps 2 persons each), coffee table, and with lots of open space.  Corner lot with shady trees.  Very secluded with lots of privacy.  Sit down pool outside patio for the hot days You have to be there 7 days or more to use the pool. We need 3 days in advance before your stay, to fill the pool. The renter pays $110 US to use the pool. 

Watch for exotic birds and iguanas right from the patio. You can sit and watch the sunrise and sunset from house and beach.  Internet service at house with booster.  Shop at a local market for all your needs about a 40-minute drive.  Meet the local neighbours and guest which visit the resort.  There is an on-site restaurant which is shut down until further notice. Bring your bike or walk the trails to see the 4.5 KMS of sandy white beach and view the gorgeous Caribbean Sea.  Enjoy a swim if you dare in the sea, relax in the sun or make footprints in the sand. Spot the monkeys, crocodiles, iguanas and lots of fabulous colorful birds all around the resort. You can arrange wildlife tours, sport fishing, scuba diving for a price in Honduras.

Possible ways of connections are fly into Roatan, take ferry to Trujillo and we could contact Eco Beach Resort to come and get you for a travel price. Or ferry to La Ceiba, then take taxi to Eco Beach Resort, or rent a vehicle from La Cebia to Eco Beach Resort. Or we could contact Trujillo office in La Cebia to have you picked up for a travel price. Another way is fly into San Pedro Sula Airport take bus or taxi to La Ceiba or Trujillo, you could stay the night in La Ceiba at Corinto Pearl Eco Resort, or your choice of place to stay, then proceed to Trujillo. You can take a taxi or we could contact Trujillo Office in La Cebia to have you picked up for a travel price. 

Short term rental see below:

Price $80 US a day for as long as you want to rent.

Asking for additional damage deposit of $500 US paid up front for damages, if no damages we will return damage deposit when you finish renting the house. You must have all the dishes done and everything in place before you leave. Including garbage, swept floors, sheets clean etc.

Pet friendly with small animals.  If you have a pet clean up after your pet inside and out.

Yard is not fenced for the pets.  

Do not leave garbage outside.

Also bring your own drinking water, water is in house but not suitable for drinking.

Owners not responsible for anything that occurs which might happen to renter’s property or belongings.

Non-Smoking people need only to apply.

You must show house pass at security gate for in and out access.

You must have caretaker go thru house with you prior to leaving to make sure no damage or missing stuff and return keys and sign a release form and you will get damage deposit back if no damage.

Price $500 US a month for as long as you want to rent.  (That is $16.66 a day).

Asking for 2 months rent up front, ($1,000 US). Before 2 months is up another 2 months rent up front if you decide to stay longer.

Asking for additional damage deposit of $500 paid up front for damages, if no damage returned when you finish renting the house. You must have all the dishes done and everything in place before you leave. Including garbage, swept floors, sheets clean etc.

Pet friendly with small animals.  If you have a pet clean up after your pet inside and out.

Yard is not fenced for the pets.  Renter is to fix or replace anything that breaks.

Main breaker has surge protection on hydro which protects all electrical appliances.

Renter pays for all Hydro which is expensive, (as Hydro not included) up to $150 US a month or more. One month notice before leaving. 

Yard work and pool is to be renter’s responsibility.  Do not leave garbage outside.

Renters’ responsibility to buy their own household supplies at their expense (paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap etc.) Treat as if living in your own house.
