This lovely cozy home is located in the prestigious Cape Coral Yacht Club area. A lovely area located minutes from Down Town Cape Coral. The home is walking distance to many restaurants and shops, yet tucked away in a  quiet neighborhood. The homes offers 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. TV's in every room with free wifi. With a sleeper sofa located in the sitting room. Ample dining spaces and has 4 bar stools at the counter. The home is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay at "Mermaid Dreams". The home has a lap pool with a deep end for children to enjoy.  
 
I promise, you will be able to relax and enjoy all the benefits this home has to offer. There is a canal in the back that you can fish from. If you have a boat, bring it along and launch it just down the street at the Yacht Club and tie it the back of the home. SW Florida has so much to offer with beaches and parks just a stones throw away. Boat along the Sanibel coast line and enjoy views of our light house. Watch Manatees and dolphins swim along the seawall.
 
Catch a Boston Redsox or Minnesota Twins spring training game. On your way home stop at Norman Love for a gelato or satisfy your sweet tooth with his famous chocolate.
There is so much that the SW Coast has to offer. Enjoy our famous Edison Home Estates, walk along the Royal Palm Tree lined road made famous by Thomas Edison and Henry Ford.
 
If shopping is your thing, make sure you stop by our many shopping malls and enjoy a latte or dine at your favorite bistro. Boating and fishing? Enjoy from your back yard or rent a boat and take drift along our shores. Enjoy a sunrise with a cup of coffee or a sunset with a cocktail. Relax by the pool or cuddle up on the hammock and read a book.

The home is located in the Yacht Club area of Cape Coral, FL and close to Downtown. You can walk or ride bikes to the Boat House for cocktails and watch the sunset. Please feel free to call or email with inquires. I am happy to help you with any inquires, I have lived in Cape Coral for 40++ years and I am very knowledgeable with the area. I generally get back to you within a 2 - 3 hour window or sooner. My hopes is that you will chose "Mermaid Dreams" to make your own precious memories with your family and friends.

Newly remodeled and immaculate house


Mermaid Dreams is spacious w 2 living rooms and a large screened lanai. I loved sitting outside every morning and evening. There\'s a table and chairs on one end and a large couch like seating area on the other side with a nice view of the pool and canal. The kitchen is very large with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, glasses and everything you could possibly need to cook. The granite is very pretty too. I only stayed in the master bedroom so I can\'t really comment on the other two bedrooms. The master was decorated very cute. The bathroom is also adorable and very beachy in its decor. The house is located in a quiet residential area that\'s close to the Cape Coral bridge. The house was immaculate! Even the garage was spotless. All the furniture was in excellent condition and very stylish. Some rental homes have worn out furniture but not this one. I also liked having a tv in the bedroom. Most vrbo homes don\'t have tvs in the bedrooms. The only thing that I thought could be improved upon was adding cable tv. You do have Netflix. I enjoyed my stay and really liked the convenient location.

Amazing!!!


The property is amazing and in excellent conditions. Ready with all the amenities for guest to enjoy their stay. Great pool with a boat deck. I am definitely reserving in the summer! Special thanks to Irene for her hospitality.

Absolutely lovely home


Irene’s home is stunning, so comfortable and even though the weather was atrocious we still had a wonderful weekend. Irene was very attentive and helpful
