The Emerald Villa has been furnished to the very highest quality and comfort. With an unbeatable location, unrivalled setting and facilities, it’s not hard to see why it comes highly recommended.
 
The villa is in the prestigious enclave of the popular EIR. Its pool deck is screened with plants, and backs onto a lake with views across to woodland beyond. The pool has been custom designed with a rock waterfall, tropical plants and atmospheric lighting and music. There is also a gas barbecue grill.
 
The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything from waffle makers to juicers. There is a WiFi connection, laptop, telephones throughout and a laundry room.
We only use pillow top quality hypo-allergenic bedding - our guests often comment on how well they sleep.
 
There is a fantastic games room with Brunswick pool table, foosball, air hockey and 4 pachinko machines. There are 4 games consoles system linked and online. And a large range of the best rated games and DVD’s for all tastes!

Fantastic!!


The house is an absolute 10! Everything that is stated in the description is 100% accurate, and if anything, is understated. This place is completely fantastic. The house was well maintained and very clean. We did not have any trouble with bugs in any way. The game room was fantastic! The kids loved spending time in the pool and then playing on the Xbox 360\'s. The speakers and separate stereo system just for the lanai was great as well! The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. There is absolutley no way that anyone would not be impressed with this house! Everyone was very comfortable and there was more than enough room for the 11 of us that stayed. The house really did have everything needed. This is truly a turn-key vacation home! We could not have asked for anything better with all of the theme parks so close. For those who may be on the fence about doing this, let me assure you that you will not regret staying at this home. The owners are clearly intent on providing a great experience and are genuinly concerned with how each person\'s stay goes. The owners love what they do and it shows with this house. We are looking forward to the next time we can stay at this house!

Emerald Villa Conrad Family Reunion


The Emerald Villa was exactly as described on the website. The bedrooms were comfortable and elegant. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare and serve our Thanksgiving dinner. We also had a party with additional guests on Sunday for our 50th wedding anniversary and still had plenty of entertaining room. The game room was a hit, our grandchildren loved it--as well as the adult children. The area is convenient to everything, shopping, dining and Disney parks. I would recommend this to anyone considering a visit to Walt Disney World. Thanks Jo and Andrew for all your support. Linda and Allan Conrad

Elegant, spacious and feels like home


Very spacious and accommodating with everything you need while away from home. The beds were beautiful and extremely comfortable. We loved the pool and the view from the pool. Got our wake up call several days from the blue sand cranes that would walk by the pool area and squawk loudly. I would highly recommend this villa. Really wished the pachinko games would have worked, but there were plenty of other activities for the kids to enjoy.

FABULOUS*******


The Emerald Villa is superb, definitely the best villa we have stayed in. This is the first holiday where the kids actually didn\'t want to go to the parks everyday and wanted to stay in the villa. Beds are amazingly comfy, the games room is so well equipped and the pool is fantastic with a lovely outlook. We had family staying in another lively villa in Emerald Island but they said they much preferred ours and the owners couldn\'t be more helpful and genuinely want to make sure you enjoy your stay. Emerald Island is a fantastic location, so close to disney and loads of great restaurants close by. We will definitely be back.
