Description

This super breezy 3 bedroom villa, decorated in a modern Caribbean style, with views of the pools from your bedroom, boasts of technology to make your stay more enjoyable. The villa is equipped with piped music throughout both inside and outside around the pool, which can be played from either your phone or satellite stations for your listening pleasure, while also allowing you to mute the rooms if quiet, is preferred. Added to this luxury, are one touch buttons controlling lights as well as appliances. Wherever the television is played experience  sounds similar to that of a home theatre system.
 
Upon your entry to Samaan House the Home Button located in the foyer lights up the house whilst on your departure the Away Button shuts the housedown, also customised in the Master Bedroom.
 
For added security in this gated community we have  strategically placed  (only)external Security Cameras. Upon confirmation you will be provided with wi fi pass words and codes for the keypads that opens the main doors.
 
Our fully equipped kitchen includes other modern amenities such as a wine chiller, dishwasher and double ovens. For those ever so popular “cooks”, there is a functional outdoor kitchen, complete with barbecue grill and fire side stove for “wild meat“ occasions that we Caribbean people so love!
 
The Master bedroom features double sinks grounded in unpolished marble, a walk in closet along with a 55” Sony TV. Each bedroom has its own bath and television.
 
Other Features:
Wheel chair access from outside and via wide internal doors. Maid and Meal services available upon request. Great for couples and families! No pets allowed.

Additional Rate details

CHECK IN TIME is 2:00 p.m.. If you wish to check-in early, an additional fee equal to 30% of your room rate will charged for checking-in between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., and an additional fee equal to the full room rate if checking in before 11:00 a.m.
 
CHECK OUT TIME is 11:00 a.m.. If you wish to extend the check-out time, an additional fee equal to 30% of your room rate will be charged for extensions until 2:00 p.m., 50% for extensions until 6:00 p.m., and an additional fee equal to the full room rate for checking-out after 6:00 p.m.

After a long boat ride to Tobago it was with great pleasure we entered into The Villa! Beautifully and tastefully decorated home with a simple open floor plan that just flowed! With 4 kids in tow the pool/patio area was very much enjoyed! This house is also equipped with a state of the art electronic system...one touch of a button can takeoff/put on all the lights in the house. I must also note how accommodating and thoughtful our hostess Jayselle was, following up with any little issue and giving pointers on local hidden treasures! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!
