A modern spacious condo unit that is part of a very well maintained complex. Both the bedroom and bathroom areas are large. The King bed and bedding in the bedroom is high quality. This condo come with full kitchen and living and dining area. The resort staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. There is a large pool and hot tub with quality outdoor furniture. There are also child friendly areas. The resort is near the Las Vegas Strip, the McCarran International Airport and within a short drive to the Convention Center. Some 2 Bedroom units have 2 Bathrooms.

Why This Property?
The Lahaina, Maui location is a terrific location with amazing Ocean View. During winter months you can often see whales in the ocean. This is a very well maintained resort with a large pool, a general age hot tub, an 18+ only hot tub. The resort is right on the beach. The units are spacious with full kitchens, and large bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms. The units also have balconies. Washers and dryers are also available on every floor of the resort. The concierge area is well staffed. Several island activities are offered at resort discount price.
The Vegas location is close to the Las Vegas Strip, the Convention Center, Casinos, Show Venues and Several popular restaurants. It features very well maintained condo units and resort grounds including a beautiful pool.

There is an restaurant with both indoor and outdoor eating areas and bar services and live entertainment. Barbecues are also available for your use just off the ocean. There is mini-golf on the north side of the condo units. There is a well stocked gift shop / mini grocery store on-site. The shop also rents movies. The resort is only about 10 minutes from Lahaina which has many small shops and restaurants. This is also the hub for many types of excursions such as whale watching and boat tours.
