Casa Colonial is a recently renovated, 2 level house, situated in the heart of the Colonial City near the Bellini's street . All touristic attractions, restaurants, bars are at walk distance, admire from the roof the 1st cathedral of the new world. It´s very bright thanks to its glass above the indoor pool, which is rare in these small alleys. Casa Colonial has a new modern and completely equipped kitchen, an indoor pool, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, A/C, wifi... with 2 parkings spots.
 
Other things to note
The house is on several levels, with stairs to climb.
The swimming pool is inside the villa, so attention to the children in low ages.

Great Host. this was an exceptional property, with a lot of luxury features . we enjoyed the facilities and the space was very comfortable . the team was responsive and took care of all our requests. If you are looking for an oasis of opulence for a group in the heart of Santo Domingo then this is the place for you. the indoor pool and roof top Jacuzzi make this the perfect casa in the colonial zone.

Exceeded all of my expectations. The place was beautiful and very clean. The host had everything we needed in the home. It is short walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in zona colonial. The host checked in everyday to see if everything was fine. Even offered us airport transfers. We definitely would visit again.
