The idyllic setting of this spectacular, stately home in the picturesque village of East Quogue makes it perfect for weddings, family reunion, corporate events or just a tranquil retreat far from the crowds. 
 
The property is situated on one beautiful acre that is perfect for afternoon strolls and within easy access of all the amenities offered by the Hamptons including beaches, golf courses, restaurants and nightlife. 
 
At the end of the day, a warm pool/sauna awaits in the sprawling yard. Ideally located just a short drive to the charming main street of the village and several beaches. 
 
Seven bedrooms -- five of which are each furnished in chic style with its own bath. An hour and a half drive from Manhattan. Five min. to train station. There is no other home like it.

For summer getaways in the Hamptons one of the most important things I feel any property manager must address is the constant attention to the cleanliness of the pool and the house. sheets/linens/comforters. We are adding all brand new linens and comforters this year before Memorial Day Weekend and laundry is done before you arrive and after you leave.

Great family fun!


we had a fantastic time -we were a family of 12, ages 2 to 77- the house is so spacious, clean, comfy with plenty of rooms plenty of beds plenty of huge towels, the pool is loads of fun - large, clean for the kids (especially the floats), large enough lawns for football and soccer, we all liked the foosball and even the gaming tables. bar b q was great, matteo set it up for us; close to all the fun Hampton water activities, and near to Riverhead. Matteo was friendly and very responsive and helpful. we had a great time and were sorry to leave. only comment - is that the house could use some books and board games, but I suppose most people are so busy having fun who has time for that? I highly recommend this house- you will love it! only financial comment- include the pool heating in the rental charge, or don\'t charge at all; consider it as part of the whole house\'s \'amenities.

I stayed in this home with 13 of my friends for a birthday weekend and I must say - we will definitely be back here again ! Aside from the house itself being absolutely beautiful, extremely spacious, and super neat (the pictures don\'t begin to cover it), Matteo was extremely helpful, lenient, and easy to work with in every and any situation. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this place for families or friends looking for a weekend getaway !

Excellent Customer Service


I would like to write a review about Matteo’s excellent customer service he provided me which I give him a 5 star rating. Although we didn’t have the opportunity to stay at his home because it was taken for the week we needed it, Matteo went beyond the call of duty to listen to my needs and went out of his way to help me with another property he doesn’t even manage that could fit our large group of 28. I can’t thank you enough and hope to have the opportunity to stay at one of your lovely houses one day.

Annual Cousins Weekend


This house was amazing. It has anything you may need. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The layout is perfect for entertaining. You can\'t tell from the pictures on this site but all of the rooms are SO spacious. The house huge! Everything was neat and clean. Matteo was very helpful and so easy to work with. We had a great time and will definitely be returning. Beautiful house in a beautiful development...and the yard is gorgeous too.

50th anniversary


This home was absolutely perfect. we came to celebrate our parents 50th anniversary and came with a group of 12 adults and 9 kids and there was more than ample space for everyone and this home can clearly accommodate a bigger group. Every bedroom has its own private bath which is an amazing find! The pool was heated and had plenty of pool toys for the kids. Matteo was wonderful to work with and it was clear that a lot of thought was put into ensuring that renters would have a great time. There were lots of games to play including a whole game room and a basement with a pool table. The kitchen was beautiful with plenty of cabinet and counter space for preparing meals for large groups. The second refrigerator in the garage definitely helped to provide space to keep all of our food and drinks. This was really the perfect home for a family/extended family vacation and we could not have been more pleased. Thank you Matteo for offering this home and for your attention to detail. The Master Suite downstairs has an incredible bathroom in addition to having an additional master suite upstairs. There was also an upstairs and downstairs laundry room to really help accommodate a bigger group. Literally everything about this house was perfect for us. We also brought some lawn games such as bocce and a few others and were pleased to find plenty of grass to play on in the Secluded back yard! we spent a few days at Tiana Beach which was spectacular for swimming or sunbathing and found some great restaurants and ice cream joints as well!
