This ideal location at the Gulf Strand Resort situated directly on St. Pete's Beach offers a comfortable/upgraded 740 square foot one bedroom/2 bath condo with private balcony, heated pool and jacuzzi. Only a short walk away from everything (no vehicle required) - water activities, shopping, dining, grocery/liquor, car rentals, and fitness centre.
 
Newly renovated and new furnished as of Dec 2017. Free WiFi access and free long distance in North America; Sleeps 4 comfortably. Bedroom includes king size bed, spacious closet and ensuite; Living room has dining table with 4 chairs, sofa bed and chair;
 
Rental office located on site.
 
Our non-smoking condo is located on the 2nd floor of a five-story building and includes breathtaking views of the beach and sunsets.
 
Fully stocked kitchen, with new refrigerator (with icemaker), stove, microwave and dishwasher. Washer/dryer also available.
 
Extremely well maintained building built in 1990 situated on tropically landscaped grounds with sheltered area with BBQs and washrooms directly next to pool and hot tub.
 
13.00% tax rate
$100.00 cleaning fee

Great Place!!!!


Wonderful condo, right on the beach! Has pool and spa, which is very nice. Everyone is so helpful and nice to deal with. I would have given it five stars, except their is no place for guests to park. You have to go to office(and they were very good about this)and they would try and get a parking space for ;your guests, if one was not being used. Otherwise, it is a Great Place! Near grocery store and many places to eat, all within walking distance.

Great location


We rented this property for the first two weeks of April. The location is perfect, on the beach, but a very short walk to the Publix and numerous great restaurants. Although we had a car, we used the local Beach Trolley to get down to Pass-a-Grill and into the city for a couple of excursions. We enjoyed the pool and the pristine beach on a daily basis. Everything was as described. The only recommendation we would make is to update the mattress.

Love this unit and it's location


This complex is in a great location, right on St. Pete Beach and close to many restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and a Publix. The beach is beautiful and spacious, we never felt crowded. The unit is decorated very nice and was the cleanest unit we\'ve ever stayed in. It was also very well appointed. Check-in and check-out was simple and fast. The owner is very easy to work with and makes booking the unit simple. We loved that there were two full baths and a new fold out sofa bed. The king bed in the bedroom was extremely comfortable! We would stay here again!!

The condo was absolutely amazing we enjoyed it to the fullest everything you need is in walking distance to condo including groceries !! The beach is amazing along with the view ! The pool area was always kept clean and a beautiful BBQ area for lunch or dinner ! Would absolutely recommend condo to anybody visiting St.Petes Beach!

Beautiful Condo that feels like home


The condo 205 is very beautiful and inviting. This is my 5th year staying here and it just gets better and better each year. The condo is spacious with two great bathrooms which we love and one bathroom has just been recently updated and is beautiful. The King size bed is so comfortable with great linens. The living room has all new furniture with a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses and so on, nothing you can\'t find there. Also having a washer and dryer right in the condo at your finger tips is certainly an added bonus. Also the fact that calls to anywhere in Canada and the US are free is great as it certainly saves when you have family to check on back home. I also have to say that the staff in the main office Betty and Martin are great to deal with and are always there to help. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful place right on the beach. It also has a nice pool to relax by later in the day, I am only home a few days and can\'t wait to go back again next year.

A Must Stay


This property was perfectly located, one block from the beach and steps away from many eateries on the beach and off. The condo was immaculate and provided everything we needed and more....including beach chairs! There is a community pool right outside our door but still located inside the gated area. The pool was clean and a perfect size. Loved the idea of the entrance to the condos are key pad locked. The parking, sidewalks and pool deck areas were all very well maintained and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Had a wonderful stay at Waves 6


We had a great vacation at The Waves in St. Pete Beach. We stayed in unit 6 which is a beautiful, well equipped condo (which includes its own washer and dryer) situated in a quiet area just an easy 10 minute walk to the beach. The owners, as well as the rental company were wonderful to deal with. We have vacationed at The Waves for 6 years and have met many people who also return each year. It feels like a reunion of friends each time we go. I look forward to lazing by their beautiful pool again next year. D. Butt.

St Pete’s perfection!


I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this fully renovated, exceptionally clean, well equipped condo. The wonderful ocean view, modern furnishings and decor, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry as well as having two full washrooms make this unit a perfect holiday retreat. This beachfront property has a beautiful pool and hot tub overlookig the ocean as well as a bbq area perfect for larger group gatherings or a family supper outside. I highly recommend this unit and I’m already looking forward my next stay!

Second year staying in this condo. The condo is beautiful and updated. The location is excellent, and the office staff is friendly to deal with. Pool and hot tub are very clean, and they also have a gas grille to.
