Terms & Conditions

Check In time: 4:00 PM, Check Out: 11:00 AM. All (up to 6) Guests names & ages to be noted by final payment to Karel Property Manager for Security Guards list. All occupants must sign the condo buildings Rules & Regulations for Tenants. The responsible person is required to be at least 25 years old. Karel PV Property Managers will email with arrival instructions. No Wax or Oil Candles, Pets or Smoking in unit 206 (smoking is permitted in The Gardens at the tables by The River) Please use the Service Elevator outside the door with suitcases and going to/from pool. Price includes Tax & 100 Kilowatts of electricity usage per day, to be read at check in/out with the manager. Overage will result in a deduction from damage deposit at $.35 usd per kilowatt. Use of International Credit card incurring Fees will be deducted from Security Deposit. Any dates within Dec 21 - Jan 3 have a 7 NT minimum. CANCELLATION POLICY: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid less $50 administration fee. If they cancel between 30 - 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50% Otherwise, they won't get a refund. The $500 Refundable Damage Deposit will be returned within 14 days of checkout if no damage is reported by Housekeeping.

Wonderful property in great location


We recently stayed at Molina de Agua during the Xmas holidays. The moment we were there from check in with Juan Carlos, to the minute we left was perfect. The condo is on the second floor and has amazing views of the water and the pool. Since it is set towards the front of the building it doesn\'t matter you are only on the second floor of the building. The best thing the owners did was install huge mirrors on the veranda that reflect the view west. It gives a great view for everyone sitting there. The entire condo is well stocked with everything you would need to cook. I would highly recommend it.

Georgeous and spacious condo in the heart of the old town


We spent a lovely week in this very attractive, spacious condo on the ocean front and in the heart of the old town. The condo looks just like the pictures. It is very comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen as well as laundry room. The swimming pool is enormous and has a swim up bar where you can buy drinks, nachos, etc at great prices. There is a convenience store across the street and easy walking to lots of great restaurants. The pier where you can take the water taxi to Yalapa and rent jet skis is just a couple of minutes down the ocean front. Very comfortable lodging in a great location.
