Casa Nibbana is a classic Spanish Colonial Villa situated on 2/3 of an acre of tropically landscaped lot within the Reserva de Golf residential community at the Hacienda Pinilla Resort in Guanacaste.
 
Hacienda Pinilla has a private and manned entrance and is a 4500 ranch that is situated on over 3 miles of pristine beach, forest and jungle in Northwestern Guanacaste. Hacienda Pinilla is a gated community consisting of residential areas, a JW Marriott hotel,  the private Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club and Spa, an equestrian center, 18-hole golf course, and acres and acres of beautiful natural greenspace. Casa Nibbana is located 3-6 min drive to all of the Hacienda PInilla amenities like the Beach Club, the multiple swimming/surfing beaches,  the golf course,  and the JW Marriott. All on private roads and all with guest parking inside the beautiful development. 
 
Casa Nibbana is a single-story home with classic Spanish architecture with all of the modern comforts. It boasts an oversized great room with a high wood-beamed ceiling, Columbian terra-cotta floors and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Beautiful and tasteful Art and antiques are found throughout the house.
 
The master suite has its own two sink bathroom, walk-in closet and a King-sized canopy bed. Each of the 2 additional bedrooms has a private bathroom and closet. One offers a four-poster King-sized bed and the other has 2 Queen-sized beds. All bathrooms are beautifully decorated with Talavera local hand-made tiles. 
 
The home has a large covered terrace that creates a wonderful refuge for morning coffee or happy hour drinks. It has a full size table fro dinning, two sitting areas that overlook  the backyard oasis where you will be able to hear the ocean in the background as well as howler monkeys, see many birds and beautiful butterflies.  The terrace leads to a large private salt water pool and Pergola that has a gas grill along with a table and seating.
 
Hacienda Pinilla has a state-of-the-art equestrian center, 18-hole Mike Young golf course,  tennis courts, indoor fitness center with up to date  equipment. Expect to see monkeys, iguanas and lots of colorful birds along the bicycle and walking paths. 
 
Casa Nibbana not only comes with all the kitchen wares that you would find in your home, but also the linens, beach towels, boogie boards, chairs to take to the ocean when you go along with coolers and toys for the little ones.

Beautiful, comfortable home


We had a family of seven staying at Casa Nibbana and it was a wonderful vacation. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. We enjoyed the home, yard, swimming pool, beach club and the area very much. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you would need. We appreciated the water dispenser. There were 3 usable bikes that got a few of us out riding. There were both bath and beach towels and a fairly new washer and dryer. It was a comfortable stay and a beautiful home. Felt safe and secure and we love Costa Rica. It has access to beautiful beaches, the national parks and lots of good restaurants. Appreciated the Costa Rica guides left on the book shelf and the wi-fi worked great for those that needed to access work emails. It was a great stay in a great house!

Beautiful and spacious property


This home is the perfect place for larger groups. We had a group of seven, and nobody ever felt cramped. It is gorgeously decorated, and truly feels like a home away from home. It’s a short ride from Tamarindo so you get the convience of privacy, but still close to all the action. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Casa Nibbana equals a great stay!


The house was fully equipped! Each bedroom had its own bathroom with walk in shower! The kitchen had everything you would need! We enjoyed the pool and the outside decking. Georgina was very helpful when we needed certain things done. The Beach club was terrific as well as everyone that worked there! LC

Perfect place to spend the holidays!


Our family of five (3 teenage boys) spent a wonderful week at Casa Nibbana. The home is beautiful (better than the pictures) and has everything you need. The location is quiet and away from it all. We will definitely be back!
