A grand living room area of 55 feet and magnificent views with 33 feet of windows to view Lake Arenal, indoor fountain, large kitchen and dining area, laundry, guest bedroom and much more. You won't believe your eyes. It feels like you are a Movie Star.

Arenal Springs Villas by the Lake is the Most Magnificent and Pristine Property in the Arenal Lake area of Costa Rica. Temperatures here are the most comfortable in Costa Rica. The daily highs are in the low to mid 80's and the nightly lows are in the mid to high 60's years round. Beautiful Pool with more magnificent views. The home is fully equipped for cooking and has television with DVD player and movies available.
 
Lake access is available with kayak and canoe rentals. Fishing is great and charters are close by. There are many restaurants in the area for your dining pleasure. We have connections for tours, rental cars, etc. We have a trained staff of an English/Spanish speaking innkeeper, a professional maid and two full time gardeners.
 
We are so conveniently located if you want the flavor of getting the most out of your vacation. We are only 40 minutes from the Arenal Volcano (which is active and may be seen from our property. Also, 40 minutes to the Tabacon Hot Springs. The Beaches of Flamingo, Coco and Ocatal are less than two hours. Locally is Wind Surfing, Horseback Riding, Butterfly Exhibits, Biking, Canoeing, Fishing, Lake Tours, Canopy and Adventure Tours, ATV Tours and on and on.
 
Liberia Airport is only 90 minutes from our site. There is a Spectacular Mountain Route to San Hose the Capitol that is a three and a half hour drive. Waterfalls, swimming holes, coffee plantations, Flora farms, native fruit stands, and quaint little villages. Native restaurants with local cuisine will cost a family of four less than $20. A recent party of four from New York was to stay for one night and extended it by a day five times. His comment was that we were in the best location for someone to fulfill all the entertainment and sight seeing and that they did not need to relocate. The convenience of our location was so outstanding that they could go in different directions each day and have a great time without a plan when they began their morning.

Paradise at Lake Arenal


From the hosts to the home to the view, casa grande is magnificent. Tom and Maria were so helpful with restaurants and excursions, and anything you might possibly need. The house was clean and comfortable and the view is stellar! Wish we had more time!

Perfect Setting!


Wonderful setting makes you feel like you lucky to have found such a gem. The property has an almost plantation type feel, with the large Casa Grande commanding the prime view. The Owners are tremendous and very friendly. We will forever remember our experience here!

Beautiful location!!


We were in the casa grande in February 2019. Beautiful setting , lots of space, friendly owner Maria. We enjoyed mostly the exterior sitting area with the great view. The only thing is that he had difficulty finding the place (at night) since google maps (it’s 1 or 2 kilometers off) didn’t show it in the right place.

Fabulous views from luxurious accommodations


The house is very lavish in design with outstanding views of the lake area. The owner who lives on the same property was very helpful with our planning and looked after us well throughout our stay. A car is a must as the location is not close to many things. Thanks for your assistance Tom and sharing this beautiful house. Happy Canucks

Gorgeous, private, absolutely stunning lush and pristine property!


We absolutely loved this villa! We stayed in Casa Grande. The views of the lake and the lush tropical forest to wake up to are magical, and we had Toucans in the trees the first day we woke up. We also had a white faced howler monkey in the trees outside one morning and saw a tree frog along with all kinds of beautiful birds. The house is very well maintained and clean. We had two kids with us and a nanny and we all had plenty of room. Very spacious. Maria set up tours for us to everywhere we wanted to go and was an amazing host and 5 star level concierge!
