LaynLowe Villa is located on the pristine and idyllic Caribbean island of St. John, in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Situated 350 feet above the Caribbean Sea, the villa boasts panoramic views over the surrounding bays, French Cap, and out to St. Croix.
 
Located in the upscale and quiet neighborhood of Estate Chocolate Hole, the villa is only 5 minutes from dinning and shopping in Cruz Bay, 10 minutes from the world famous North Shore beaches, 25 minutes from Coral Bay, and minutes away from the Virgin Islands National Park.
 
The Pool House occupies the upper level of the villa and the Hawksnest Studio and Maho Suite are located below with their own private entrances and private outdoor space.  All of the interior spaces have independently controlled air conditioning to cool off after a long day at the beach or hiking in the National Park. Inside, you will find modern teak and tropical hardwood furniture to provide a stylish setting with custom mahogany cabinetry and Caesarstone countertops. Outside each space you will find a dining tables, relaxing lounge chairs, and a Weber gas grill.
 
All linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers are provided.  On site laundry is also available for your convenience.
 
Need to stay connected?  No problem!  Seas the Day Villa offers high speed WiFi internet, Satellite TV, and AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon work at the Villa

Wonderful stay at LaynLowe Villa.


We just returned from a week stay at LaynLowe Villa. Tim was prompt with all email responses before the trip and Chris met us at the ferry to guide us to the villa. The villa was just as pictured. Clean, and comfortable with all amenities anyone would need! The pool was great, outdoor shower wonderful and the view amazing! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Layin' Low in luxury


The house was clean and ready to entertain. The kitchen was well equipped and lovely to work in with the large sliding doors opened to the breezes. The grounds were planted out nicely with some very beautiful specimens. Our contacts were available, helpful and responsive to any questions or needs. Loved the ocean view and the incredible beaches that were just a short drive from there.

Excellent week spent in paradise


Our group (Mom, Dad, 2 year old, and 3 grandparents) found this house to be perfect for our week on St. John. The house is a beautiful, modern oasis, just as presented in the pictures. The house met every need possible, with a number of extras not mentioned in the listing like beach chairs, coolers, and snorkel gear. Chris, the property manager, was an amazing host throughout the week. Not only did he assist with our luggage at the dock, he went way above expectations to make our early evening arrival and first moments in the house as easy as possible. We were happy to consult with him for local tips during our stay over the Christmas holiday. Really couldn\'t have hoped for a better experience. The privacy afforded by having 3 separate living spaces was ideal. The pool and patio was our favorite place to spend time, day and night.
