With a stunning view of the San Jacinto mountains, this high ceilings beautiful & stylish Palm Springs Salt Water pool/spa home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms have en-suite full bathrooms. Large open kitchen with attached family room; separate dining area and living room with a fireplace. Gated entry courtyard & a 3 car garage. Den located off of the master bedroom which has direct access to the sparkling pool and spa. A queen size sofa bed may accommodate 2 children under 12. We are a short 10 minute drive from downtown Palm Springs. If you don't feel like driving, Uber and Lyft are the services which are probably used the most by guests and locals. Prices vary according to supply and demand. If  you'd like for the pool and spa to be heated, there's an additional $49.00 per night. No smoking. No parties or events Check-in is after 3PM . Check-out is at 11AM. Thank you very much for considering our property for your stay :).

A wonderful, family friendly house, centrally located.


Six adults and two children were in our group and the house was very comfortable and more than enough space for all of us. The kitchen was nice and open with a decent selection of cooking and serving items. Bedrooms were all beautifully decorated and had their own bathrooms which was a luxury for us east coasters. While it was very cold, we did manage to warm up the hot tub and pool long enough for a few plunges. The homeowners and Roger, who met us, were all lovely to deal with and very accessible. Would highly recommend this property in the future.

The swan house filled our needs for our visit. The owners were great about quickly responding to any questions or concerns regarding our stay. We would definitely stay again. The house was close to downtown and the access roads to other nearby cities.

Our Super Week at Swan House


If you want luxury, comfort, and owners who really care about your experience, then Swan House should be your choice. The house is beautifully decorated, large and spacious, but the real treat is the outdoor dining lanai, heated pool and jacuzzi,. There’s a fire pit too! Armando and Eduardo were gracious and attentive to every need. We would happily rent from them any time, any place, and recommend them without reservation. Our daughter’s family joined us on our trip and share this assessment.

This is an absolutely ideal vacation home


A stunning beautiful clean cozy place.!! Stylishly decorated, very airy and comfortable. The outdoor private backyard with a magnificant mountain veiw, palm trees and heated swimming pool/spa was the highlight of our stay!!!! We were amazed how gracious and helpful the owners were. They were always available to answer any questions and concerns. Their goal was to make our vacation spectacular! We are definately coming back to this awesome place!!

Home away from Home


Looks better than in the pictures! Feels like home. Clean, all the amenities you need. The owners and property manager were easy to deal with and very friendly. They checked up on us to make sure everything was okay. It is in a nice quiet and safe community which is very close to the airport, grocery store and all you need.
