Now on to the new HIGH-END game room. Here you will find the ultimate air hockey table -the lights, the sounds, the quality, this air hockey table rocks! The professional, full-size shuffle board is awesome just to look at, and even more awesome to play. There is a Jukebox you can connect to via Bluetooth and play your favorite songs. There is a casino style slot machine that is super addictive, and a commercial popcorn machine too.

Imagine your very own private Mansion for a weekend getaway or an extended vacation. This newly renovated property will not disappoint! Hilltop Mansion has bedding for 32, (26 in main house and 8 in the guest house) however, we have 10 additional sleeping cubicles in the main house that are reserved for our corporate groups or special events. You must inquire in order for these to be set up. MAIN HOUSE HAS 11 BEDROOMS, GUEST HOUSE  HAS 3 BEDROOMS FOR A COMBINED TOTAL OF 14 BEDROOMS , 9 and 1/2 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, 3 living rooms, sitting rooms, a billiards room, a spa room, a fitness room and many other areas of the Mansion to enjoy. PLEASE NOTE, OUR 14 BEDROOMS ARE 14 SEPARATE REAL BEDROOMS. WHEN SEARCHING OTHER HOMES BE SURE TO ASK THE OWNERS SPECIFICALLY HOW MANY REAL BEDROOMS THERE ARE and you will find Hilltop Mansion is one-of-a-kind in the Poconos! There is a charming 3 bedroom, fully furnished guest house perfectly situated on the grounds of the Mansion. The guest house is optional and is an additional cost of $900 per night. The Mansion and its private grounds are large enough to host many events - such as family reunions, corporate retreats, VIP meetings, very private celebrity bookings (which will be held to the utmost privacy with confidentiality agreements in place if necessary). Or if you just want to book Hilltop Mansion simply to spoil your loved ones, we can accommodate all your special requests. The Mansion can offer you a complete line of optional services as well. You can have your very own private chef, butler, chauffeur, and maid service to have the Mansion meticulously cleaned every day of your stay and to turn down your bedding for the night. The Mansion is located on a private road that has beautiful country views. The crystal clear large “L” shaped in ground heated (optional) pool has a 3-foot shallow end and a 9-foot deep end. In the yard, there is a blacktop basketball court, large manicured lawns, and a large 1000 square foot covered pavilion to entertain your friends and family. Inside the Mansion work out in the gym, play pool in the billiards room near the fireplace, watch movies on the big 60-inch plasma TV, relax on the balconies that overlook the mountains, or soak in the 102 degrees, 6 persons hot tub. The Hilltop Mansion has it all!!! Do you like cooking? We have the room, so bring plenty of food! This Mansion has not one huge kitchen, but 2 huge kitchens. You can cook up your favorite meals with plenty of room for all your friends and family and all sit together at the dining room table that has seating for 24. Need room to store all your cold items? No need to worry. Besides the 2 large refrigerators, there is also a huge commercial one and a large freezer chest. In the main kitchen, there is a brand new high-tech stainless steel talking refrigerator with a touch screen that scrolls thru our favorite photos. This kitchen also has a brand new stainless steel commercial grade full cook-top stove. If you want to adventure out, there are lots of nearby activities. For example; there is awesome white water rafting on the Delaware River only minutes away. You can embark down a scenic eight-mile stretch of the Delaware River, tucked between the Pocono Mountains and the Catskill Mountains. The Delaware River is teeming with wildlife including Bald Eagles, Native Trout, Black Bear, Whitetail Deer, and Great Blue Herons. Like to golf? Golfing at Woodloch Springs, is rated in the top 10 golf courses in the country by Golf Digest, only 10 minutes away. Visit the Lodge at Woodloch for a spa center that is ranked number three spa in the world according to Travel and Leisure World’s Best Awards 2014, only 10 minutes away. Visit Beach Lake water park, again only 10 minutes away, great park for the little ones. This park has water slides, bumper boats, Indy cars you can drive, arcade games and splash pools. Up for a challenge? Try your game by hunting your opponents with paintball, well known in the area and lots of fun. You can also go Para Sailing, jet skiing and go on boat tours on Lake Wallenpaupack, a 17,000-acre lake only 15 minutes away. The lake also has many great places to eat, from steaks and seafood to special ice cream treats. Feel like going for the gold? Try your luck at The Spectacular Mount Airy Lodge Casino. This Casino definitely has the vibe. From the moment you pull up, you will realize your in for some fun. The Mansion property is on a private road, yet only 15 minutes from a few large retail stores and only 3 miles from a small deli, local supermarket for any supplies and food you may need with fantastic restaurants and boutique shopping. Other nearby fun places to visit. (some of these parks are up to 2 hours away, however, great places to go if you are staying for a few days or more). If you have the time don’t miss out on going to Hershey Park! This is a must do, you will not be disappointed! The roller coasters are big and fast, the Boardwalk water park is amazing, full of attractions for the little ones and its one of the cleanest, nicest parks around. Plus you can see how they make the Great American chocolate bar and all the Hershey candy at Chocolate World located right there at the park. Or you can visit Dorney Park, another great roller coaster park. If you want to see some of the best nature views in the Pocono’s, visit Bushkill Falls, 'The Niagara of PA'. Here you will find beautiful trails you can hike along with awesome views of the waterfalls. Also, this park has places to eat, play miniature golf, gold mining for the kids and lots of other fun-filled activities. Some very important notes: Please do not bring any kind of DJ music equipment to the house. Your lease will be terminated with no refund! The house is not for you to run wild and cause damage. You are welcome to come view the house prior to your booking. We will not issue refunds because there is something you do not like. There is no guarantee that every single item in the house will be working. We have a 24 hour 7 days a week phone # you can call to see if the problem can be resolved. If something isn't the same as the photos or the exact description there are no refunds. We have the right to change items in our home at any given time. We will be happy to spend as much time as needed  to answer any questions. YOU MUST BE 25 TO RENT. NO PROM PARTIES. NO WEDDINGS.

This is one of a kind in the Pocono area. This Mansion has 14 bedrooms with 9 and a half bathrooms. Our bedrooms are real bedrooms unlike some other properties that put a bed or a Futon in a common room and call it a bedroom. Our property is very privately located at the top of the hill on a private road. The Mansion is truly unique in size, comfort, style, amenities and can accommodate just about any request from our very special guests.

Large gatherings (maximum number of people 50) for an event cost more( NO PROM PARTIES). Call to inquire. Pet Fees: $125.00 up to 3 days, $20.00 for each additional day.MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO RENT THIS HOUSE. 2-day min for weekends. Check-In is 3:00 pm and Check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-outs are available at an additional charge of $125 per hour. Weekly rate consists of 8 days & 7 nights. $100 per person per night over 26 people.
