Description

This 3 bedroom/2 bath beach home has a large wrap around deck, an unobstructed view of the beach, and a wonderful crow's nest that lets you see for miles. There are queen beds in two of the bedrooms, a twin bed in the small bedroom, and a full size futon in the crow's nest. Plenty of covered parking, a washing machine and dryer, a small grill downstairs, an outside eating area, and all the beautiful sunrises you would want.

50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.

June, July and August have a 4 day minimum
Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. 
Check-in time is 4:00 pm 
Check-out time is 11:00 am 
 
Pets will be considered, and there is a $100 refundable deposit for a pet.

great location the house was perfect just steps from the beach


the house was very open and roomy, and views from inside the house and out on the deck were great. the beach there is awesome. the town of Matagorda is small and has a lot of old town charm. we can\'t wait to go back.

Great access to the beach


It is a very pleasant house with a great view on the sea and great access to the beach. Sand is perfect for building castles which we love to do. Lovely bird sighting as well.
