Sleeps: 6This beautiful villa with private swimming pool in Cumbre Del Sol at the Costa Blanca is 200 metres above sea level and offers a lovely panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the valley. The house is situated in such a position that you have sun on the terrace from early in the morning to sunset. Privacy and peace and quiet are guaranteed, there are parts of the terrace that no one can see. There is a covered part with a large dining table for cooling down and there is of course a private swimming pool with daybeds. The villa’s interior is cosy and practical, with wooden furniture. In the area near the living room, kitchen and hall, the villa has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom/shower area. The third bedroom, hall and bathroom (studio) are in a separate part of the house and has its own entrance. In the direct vicinity (approx. four-minute walk) is a large open air swimming pool complex with a bar/restaurant. A five-minute drive away there is a very picturesque beach hidden between high rocks where you can find two beach stalls (these are open from early May to mid-November). It is a perfect place for a walk and ideal for sports freaks to go for a bike ride, due to the differences in height. There are also some nice golf courses nearby (‘La Sella’ is approx. 5 km away) and you can of course also find a great atmosphere and good affordable restaurants in nearby towns such as Moraira (3.5 km), El Portret (3 km), Calpe (10 km) and Javea (8 km). El Sueño is the ideal holiday area for people who enjoy sun and relaxation, but also enjoy activity in the vicinity, where you can also find several supermarkets.
