Welcome to The Beach House, our glorious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, beachside family-friendly vacation retreat.
We are located on spectacular North Beach, a stretch of sand cleaned by mother nature twice a day, The Beach House provides the highest standard of accommodation for six guests. The modern design of the interior makes for a comfortable and relaxing summer getaway. 
 
The Beach House is our lovingly updated vacation home with splendid views of the Atlantic from the second-floor balcony, a wonderful place to sit and relax with a chilled glass of wine or wake up to the sound of the awesome waves rolling in.
 
You wont find a better location for your family vacation, as North Beach offers serenity and seclusion away from the crowds. Yet just two miles away from popular Hampton Beach, where visitors can enjoy all the attractions, bars, restaurants and free concerts at the Seashell stage. Stroll along the oceanfront or five minutes in the car, and you have all the fun of NH State Beach has to offer.

Terms & Conditions

Security deposit: Shall be refunded within 14 days of departure, as long as our home is free of damage, no excessive cleaning is required due to the house being left in an unacceptable state or any other cost is incurred due to misuse of our home.
 
We operate a ‘No Cancellation Policy’. However, we do understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel and we are able to rent your week to someone else, you will receive a 90% refund. If we are not able to rent your week, your payment will be forfeited.
 
Refunds: We are unable to offer refunds of rental payments due to shortened stays, whether they be for work or family engagements, emergencies, weather conditions or any other reason.

Fabulous Beach House!!!


My family has been vacationing in Hampton Beach for over 50 years and absolutely love it. I have stayed at many different beach houses over the years and 3 years ago we started renting this one and it has been the best one we have ever stayed in!!! Lu and Fred are fabulous hosts and keep the house in wonderful condition!! It is very clean, has all the amenities you would need, a remarkable ocean view from the upstairs bedroom and 1 block from the beach!!! What more could you ask for!!!! We would easily recommend this house and plan on renting here for many more years to come!!!

Quality family time!


Having grown up at the North Beach, I was so happy to find such a beautiful spot to rent. The love and care Lu & Fred have put into this home shows everywhere you look. Every convenience was at our fingertips. Truly there was nothing more we could have asked for. The beach is a two minute walk, and some of us actually made it in to the cold Atlantic. We enjoyed a great week of weather, and headed to Kittery ME. on our one rainy day. A shopping day is always a must!! We had three generations together and we all had a great time .

Loved this Beach House!


My husband and I rented this home for the first time in July 2017. The owners, Lu and Fred, were extremely nice, as they greeted us and showed us around the house, and gave us their tips about the area. Friends and family joined us for a day here and there, and were all quite impressed with the beautiful decor and great beach location! The decks are amazing to sit out and enjoy the salt air and relax in the sunshine or shade. The grounds are well-maintained, and the house is kept pleasantly clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable! We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home, and hope to return next summer!

Absolutely Beautiful Beach House


My family & I were Lu & Freds 1st renters in 2013 at there stunning beach house & have been renting the same week in July ever since ! This beach house is quite exceptional, the views from the top balcony are wonderful and there are also “2” other decks in which you can sit back and relax on. The home is always impeccably clean and ready to enjoy once you arrive. You are able to walk to the beach which is only minutes away to the almost private beach, which we LOVE. You are only a short distance from the strip at Hampton Beach but yet far enough away to enjoy the quietness of North Beach. Lu & Fred have always been very gracious and are wonderful host. In a nut shell we are VERY HAPPY RENTERS !!!!!

3 years with plans for more


We have rented for 3 summers now and the family still loves it. The owners make improvements to the property yearly which continue to amaze us. The boys love to jog the beach and usually visit the center often. On the 4th we sit on the sea wall and watch the NH shoreline light up. We intend to enjoy next year and more at this wonderful retreat.
