This unique island home is designed with a cheerful living room and dining area with white tile floors and a large skylight. Cushioned rattan furnishings with sliding glass doors on two full walls offer panoramic ocean views. There is an expansive deck with generous outdoor furnishings and cooling breezes that come with the ocean and bay views.
There are two bedrooms each with their own bath and private terrace. One of the baths features island stone with two shower heads. The living room is comfortable with a TV, DVD/VCR and a CD player. The kitchen is also fully equipped. The lower deck has a large waterfall pool with great island views.
The cottage also has two bedrooms, each with their own bath and deck, a pullman kitchen, and a dining area.
Every bedroom has double doors that lead to the outdoors. The large decks afford views in three different directions: Sunset view over St. Thomas, views of Great Cruz Bay, and Chocolate Hole.
The villa is about 1/3 of a mile from the Westin Hotel. The hotel's beach, restaurants, health club, tennis courts, and shops are open to the public. The village of Cruz Bay is about 2 miles from the villa with a large choice of bars and restaurants. A large supermarket is about a mile way, although there are smaller food stores closer to the villa.
