Casa Can Sigars is a spacious authentic village house (from 1650) with surprising elements. The house is on a main road (speed on this road is limited, but can give noise at prime time)
The house is within walking distance of the center Calonge.You will find the nearest shops (bakery and food) at +/- 300 m
The house is still equipped with the old details and has therefore retained a characteristic look. You can park the car (s) in front of the house of the parking. You enter the plot from this side. Through the door you enter the garden with a lovely swimming pool (salt) with Jacuzzi section. Around the pool enough space for the sunbeds. Under the roof a large table where you can enjoy a nice meal or in the evening a glass of wine. There is a fixed barbecue.
At the entrance of the house, in the hall, you will find a shower room with sink. A separate toilet. On the 1st floor a spacious hall where you will find the 6 bedrooms, 5 of them have 2 single beds (can be placed together) the 6th bedroom has a double bed. Simple bathroom with shower and toilet. One of the bedrooms has access to the roof terrace from where a wide view of the surroundings. An ideal vacation place for people who do not care about too much luxury.
The property is at cycling distance from the beach of Sant-Antoni and local supermarkets. For those who want some more action: Playa De Aro (a paradise for shopping and nightlife) and Palamos are only 10min away by car. The location is perfect for city trips to Barcelona and Girona.
