Description

The villa has two floors. Adjacent to the porch is the entrance to the cosy living room with fireplace (ornamental) and furnished with comfortable orange sofas. On the left hand side you access the kitchen/dining room and from here the laundry. From the kitchen, a stone staircase leads up to part of the first floor where there are a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Back to the ground floor living room, on the right hand side door opens into the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and tub. A wooden staircase in the living room leads up to the second part of first floor with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with balcony, a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined together to form a double bed), a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. 
 
The 1000 sq m lawned garden in front of the house, with the swimming pool, is completely enclosed. It contains a few tall trees while the perimeter is planted with hedges. Next to the villa is the large porch with kitchen and wood oven, dining and living area.
