Venetian Bay Villages is a gated community located in the central part of Kissimmee only 6 miles (15 minute drive) from Disney World with local shopping and restaurants within a half mile. Venetian Bay is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation, family fun, grown-up getaway or memory making. 
 
Whether you are here for a long stay or a short, fun filled one, your stay at Venetian Bay Villages will be a treat! This beautiful, spacious condo is outfitted with everything you need for a great vacation! The unit is tastefully decorated throughout with all the essentials to enjoy your vacation. Everything is fresh and super clean. The unit has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and includes 2 master bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each. The newly renovated bedrooms are tastefully decorated and all beds are very comfortable with all NEW designer spreads and linens. If you have an infant or a toddler….no worries, they can also get a comfortable and safe sleep in a full size foldable crib with a Serta mattress and designer bedding set. Baths are well lit and very clean.  The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking or ordering out and your infant/toddler can also enjoy the meals in a convertible high chair provided for your convenience. High speed wireless internet access is included.
 
The unit is steps away from the parking lot but faces conservation land, which makes it one of the most quiet units in the area- peaceful and calm- and the covered patio is a perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon tea or evening cocktails. Charcoal grills are steps away from the unit but hidden enough that they are not a nuisance for our guests. Swimming pools and the main clubhouse are just a short walk away as well.

Great stay and great location


Our family (Six adults, two kids) really enjoyed staying in this home! It was just as advertised and just what we needed. It’s only about a 20 minute drive to Disney and around the corner are shops and other stores for quick trips for necessities. It is a very secure property. The property manager, Jim, responded quickly to all of my questions. We will definitely stay.

Great Place and, Great Value


My family, 4 adults and a 2 year old grand daughter, spent a week in this rental unit. The place was exactly as represented on the website. It is very well suited for small children as it has a full size crib, high chair and a durable stroller. The facilities at Venetian Bay Resorts were extremely well maintained and, with 4 different pools to choose from, one heated, many outdoor cooking grills and playgrounds, it was easy to satisfy all. There are many shops around to get groceries as well as many restaurants just a very short drive away. For the Disney fans, its a great area to be staying for proximity. Jim the owner was great to work with. He displays great respect to his customers always answering emails and offering suggestions. Check in was extremely smooth too. Overall, we were all very pleased and look forward to coming back again. I strongly recommend this unit for a short term or long term stay. It will accommodate 8 people very comfortably with the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Thanks Jim. It was a real pleasure staying in your rental!

Great property- definitely recommend


The place was the perfect size for our family. There was plenty of space for everyone and three bathrooms really helped while everyone was getting ready in the morning. It\'s close to all the Disney properties and plenty of places to eat. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds and pillows were perfect for a good night sleep. I would definitely recommend this place.
