This private historic home is located 15 minutes south-west of downtown Asheville, 15 minutes to the gates of Biltmore Estate, 10 minutes to Biltmore Park Town Square shopping, dining, day spa, and entertainment, and 15 minutes from Asheville Regional Airport. You are just minutes from some of the best mountain, or leisure, biking around, white water rafting, rock climbing, hiking, canoeing, golf, Segway tour, a ride on America's favorite scenic byway, the Blue Ridge Parkway, or kick back along side the private on site built-in pool!
 
Biltmore Lake House radiates the charm and grandeur of a bygone era, built 90 years ago for the manager of the American Enka Manufacturing Comp. Biltmore Lake House has been updated to reflect the comforts of current day, while keeping the charm of yesteryear.
 
Biltmore Lake HOA prohibits guests from using the trail around the lake, or the lake facilities; kayaks, canoes, tennis courts, beach, etc..
 
This legendary home sits high on a corner lot with a picket fence and a commanding view of Biltmore Lake. Enter into a front foyer with 10 foot ceiling, carved wood staircase, cozy living room to your right, and large elegant dining room to your left, both with large picture windows looking out on to the lake. The large kitchen, off the dining room, has beautiful granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and for you cook’s, a gas stove! The sitting room, just off the kitchen, allows additional space to curl up with a good book, gather with a small group to catch up, or watch TV. This home has been professionally decorated, with warm tones, and comfortable furnishings…you may not want to leave!
 
All of the bedrooms are on the second level, with a covered porch off the master and guest king bedrooms, allowing you to further take in the view. The new-shared bath has been completely renovated with new fixtures and glass enclosed tile shower.
 
Minimum 4 night stay May 26th through Memorial Day.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations made more than 60 days prior to occupancy will forfeit 50% of the nightly rental fee paid, plus the processing charge (2.95%). All cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the occupancy date will forfeit 100% of the nightly rental fee paid, plus the processing charge (2.95%). Any payment toward Cleaning Fee, Accidental Rental Damage Insurance Fee (ARDI), Facility Fee, will be refunded. Guest will be entitled to a refund less the cancellation fee, 25% of total nightly rental fee paid to date, if the property is re-rented for the same term (number of days), or portion there of, and at the same rate as contracted by the guest. AVL Property Management will make a diligent effort to re-rent the property. If balance due/final payment is not received by the due date as presented in the rental agreement, your reservation will be treated as cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited unless we can re-rent the property as indicated above. If a guest is disappointed or unsatisfied with the property due to differences in taste according to decor, accommodations, location, construction, mountain road conditions, etc. and declines to stay at the property, this will be considered a cancellation and no rent reduction or refund will be issued.

Deposit Policy:

Reservations are not confirmed until the initial deposit, or full payment whichever applies, is secured by AVL.
