The villa is divided into two main buildings, in the case in which there are 8 people in the group the main villa will be rented and made up of as follows: this building is on one floor and has a very spacious living room with central fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. On the far side of the living room there are one double and one twin bedroom and two bathrooms with showers, on one side there are also two single bedrooms, one bathrooms with shower. Near the kitchen there is also a laundry room. On the right of the main entrance there is a small spiral staircase which leads to a intermediate floor where there is an additional double bedroom and bathroom with shower. (Please note that the fireplaces are ornamental). 
 
This property has a notable patio and covered gazebo which is ideal for “al fresco” dining and is surrounded by a large park of about 4 hectares. The part of the garden which surrounds the property is sub-divided into rooms by Bay hedges which are the perfect setting for events and festivities, on the outside of one in particular there is the swimming pool. At the back of the property, hidden by a tall hedge, there is also a grass 5 a side football camp. Guests can go for undisturbed walks in the one of the most natural areas of the villa, towards the wildness of the hillside and valley, where there are lawns, olive trees and woods.
