It’s a VERY AFFORDABLE retreat and vacation hideaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. DANA LIGHT also offers a detached 2 CAR GARAGE with additional off street parking on the driveway. There is a full size washer and dryer are located in the garage. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards provided for your use.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The MASTER BEDROOM SUITE IS DOWNSTAIRS! There is also a half guest bathroom downstairs near the entry. The master bedroom suite has a Cal King bed, flat screen TV & separate dressing area with mirrored closets. The master bathroom features dual vanities with a walk in shower with private courtyard atrium. The other 2 bedrooms and entertainment loft are upstairs. One of the bedrooms and entertainment loft have peek-a-boo OCEAN VIEWS and the bedroom with the OCEAN VIEW has a private balcony! Each bedroom features a queen size bed with a flat screen TV’s and ample closet space. The shared bathroom features a tub / shower combination, glass doors, single vanity, and granite countertops.
KITCHEN & DINING: This fully outfitted gourmet kitchen shows higher end wood cabinets with under cabinet lighting, tile backsplashes, newer appliances, and gourmet island. This bright and airy space opens both into the dining area and into the front courtyard – perfect for entertaining during the summer. There are two dining / gaming tables perfect for entertaining your friends and family during your stay.
