On two floors, the main entrance leads into the living area, set out with a large, bright dining room and a smaller room connected to the built-in kitchen which is equipped with a fireplace-barbecue and has direct access out to the garden at the back. A terracotta staircase at the entrance leads up to the first floor with the sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms: a twin (with joinable beds) with ensuite bathroom with shower, a double and another twin sharing a bathroom with tub. UNIT 2. On the ground floor, it is composed of a spacious living room with sofas gathered around the antique fireplace, facing out onto the garden, a handy kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
