Villa Diana is a brand new, high class villa with 4 bedrooms, private swimming pool and panoramic sea views, perfectly located in an elevated position above the pretty bay of Agia Pelagia. The interiors are modern, fully air-conditioned (included in the rental price) and well furnished to provide unforgettable holidays under the Cretan sun.
 
The pool terrace is spacious and is provided with comfortable sunbeds as well as parasols. The generously sized swimming pool is the ideal spot for a refreshing dip or long hours playing while enjoying the panoramic sea views.  For al-fresco dining, a large BBQ area is located beside the villa with a brick built BBQ and wood burning oven. An additional sink unit with a food preparation is also available. The whole villa has been carefully designed to offer a unique holiday opportunity and unforgettable moments of relaxation.
 
The villa is located in the unspolt area of Ligaria. This area is becoming more and more popular among all those visitors looking for a peaceful location to relax by the pool and drink while admiring the beautiful scenery. There are also some excellent beaches nearby: the bays of Mathes, Ligaria and Agia Pelagia are all well worth a visit (umbrellas and watersports are available). Additionally, the tavernas on these beaches provide excellent local dishes at reasonable prices. There is a selection of small min markets and tourist shops in both Ligaria and Agia Pelagia.
 
NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, welcome pack, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates.
 
===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
Entrance to the villa is via the airy lounge (with free satellite channels TV, air-conditioning and dining table). Next to the living/dining area there is a fully equipped, modern kitchen (also equipped with a large fridge) and a WC. Large sliding glass doors open on to a balcony overlooking the pool below and offering breathtaking sea views.
 
The 4 bedrooms are all located on the lower ground floor allowing immediate access to the pool and terrace. The bedrooms (all air-conditioned) are respectively 2 doubles and 2 triples (with 1 double bed + 1 single bed each). The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with bathtub while the other bedrooms share a family bathroom with bathtub.

Great Villa


Great Villa near all the beaches of Agia Pelagia. Loved having Bar B Q restaurant within walking distance (but also delivers to villa). Pool/outdoor facilities were wonderful and everything was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful views, well presented villa, good location


Stayed here at the end of June 2018. We were a group of eight adults and one baby. The four bedrooms are very well presented and have the added bonus of air conditioning, as does the rest of the villa. There was plenty of storage space in all of the bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms open onto the terrace with the fourth being at the back of the villa. The fourth bedroom appeared somewhat dark as it only had one window which was above head height so does not benefit from the panoramic views enjoyed from the other three bedrooms. The main indoor living space is situated on the first floor. It took us a while to get used to going upstairs, from the outside eating terrace which is on the ground floor, to get drinks and food but its only one flight of stairs and good exercise on what was otherwise a very lazy holiday! Access to the terrace and pool is either via the bedrooms or out through the front door and around the side of the building which means walking down a reasonable steep slope so we stuck with walking through one of the bedrooms. There is a staff office just up the hill from the villa and everyone was very helpful and pleasant. If you need anything they will go out of their way to help you to ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible. The grounds to the villa are kept very clean, with the cleaner coming most days to wash the patio areas. Bed linen was also changed once during our eight night stay and so were the bathroom towels. Beach towels are provided but, as explained when we arrived, these were not changed during our stay. There is however a washing machine and dishwasher which both came in very handy during our time at the villa. The villa is well situated for visiting a number of local beaches but you do need a car. The local Taverna is about an eight minute down hill walk away. Yes, this does mean that its uphill on the way back - not an easy walk as some of it is up a dirt track and it is quite steep so we couldn\'t take the babies pushchair via this route. The Taverna delivers food to the villa - we chose this option one night and the food arrived hot and was of a good standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our memories of the amazing sunrises and sunsets which can be seen from the villa balconies and terraces will stay with us for a long time to come.
