Up to 10 people sleep and live on 260 m² of living space in three spatially separated units in the completed in August 2017 Villa Las Higueras. This exceptional holiday home is therefore also ideal for larger families or friends. As the entire villa has underfloor heating, you can enjoy your holiday at Las Higueras all year round.
 
The villa consists of two suites (about 35 m² each) with a bedroom and a separate living area, which offers a sofa bed for two extra beds. Each suite has a private bathroom with shower / WC and window, as well as a terrace with a view of the nature. The third living area of ​​Las Higueras is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom (about 22 m²) and a private entrance to the spacious veranda. 
 
The loft-like living and dining area (60 m²) is the center of the villa. Spacious windows and large sliding doors let the soft Mediterranean light flow in, offering you a breathtaking view of the Tramuntana mountains to one and the small town of Montuiri and the mountain Randa to the other side. You can also look at the long dining table, which can accommodate up to 10 people.
 
The comfortable lounge area with comfortable sofa and a wood-burning stove is the ideal environment for your relaxation, especially in the cooler season. Of course you will also find a flat-screen TV with satellite connection, a DVD player, a music system, games and a small library.

The living rooms of the villas are each equipped with air conditioning.
 
The approximately 12 x 3.5 meter infinity pool has enough length to allow you to pull your tracks. Cooling and refreshment are guaranteed. Practical are the additional pool shower and the additional pool toilet, which you reach from the small veranda directly from the pool.
 
The pool terrace below the pool, the small inner courtyard between the two suites and above all the roof terrace (about 40 m²) offer you rest and peace.
 
Villa Las Higueras is located in the middle of a 24,000 m² plot and marks the highest point of the area. The cultivated property is home to a variety of fig, olive and almond trees. The villa has no direct neighbors and is at the end of a dead end. Absolute privacy is guaranteed.
