Description

The villa consists of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.     The villa is concentrated around the swimming pool area and its surrounding terraces.    The sun is on the swimming pool from early morning to late afternoon.      There is a shaded sitting area to relax and an outside shaded dining area overlooking the swimming pool.    The  large living room and spacious fully equipped kitchen with Bosch fridge and separate Bosch freezer are also on the ground floor.    3  bedrooms and 2 of the bathrooms are on the ground floor.    The 4th bedroom with its  ensuite bathroom is on the first floor and there is an additional terrace with a sitting area ideal for sun downers.  
 
Attached to the main villa is an separate apartment with its own kitchen, terrace and living room.    The apartment has 2 double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms.     Providing ideal accommodation for a second family, grandparents or teenagers.    
 
All 6 bedrooms have air conditioning.
A satellite television and dvd is in the livingroom and wireless internet is throughout the entire villa.   
A barbeque is situated on the terrace of the swimming pool.  
A large safe is available for the guests. 
A separate utility room with a washing machine and a drying area plus enough space to leave suitcases.     
Parking is available in front of the house or in the drive is so required.    An intercom is connected to the entrance gate and can be operated from the living room.    
The swimming pool has a pool light and the garden can be lit for the most memorable dining experience.
Bluetooth music centres are provided.

Stunning, tasteful, warm, spacious and spotlessly clean villa


Stayed for one week. The villa has everything you need. Decorated to a high spec very tastefully. The owner is well organized and very helpful. Would recommend highly. For groups who like there own space it\'s perfect with quiet and private areas offering your own space with a lovely communial area around the pool. A twenty minute walk to the town and beach offering good variety of shops and restaurants. A small cove just 5 minute walk away offering good swimming and sun bathing areas. Taxi into town is only 7 euro. Highly recommended . Sharon

Incredible villa in a lovely location


From our first e-mail with Desiree to the last day of our holiday you just knew this was going to be a memorable time staying in her fabulous villa. We were on a family holiday to celebrate my 70th birthday ,so all ages . The villa is so spacious and of a very high standard with a beautiful pool and surrounding terrace , especially when eating outside in the evening. The family loved relaxing by the pool and playing in the water - a lovely shade of green to blend with the greenery !My husband and I and daughter and grandson stayed in the adjoining apartment which was lovely and gave us a little space from our teenage grandchildren (much as we love them)! Canyamel is a small resort , not touristy at all really with a beautiful sandy beach and good restaurants . The caves at Arta are well worth a visit. We would love to return and highly recommend this fabulous villa where Desiree offers all those little touches that make for a very happy stay.

Fabulous villa in great location


We spent a week at the villa with family and friends who all really enjoyed their stay, the little ones loved the walkable rocky beach and the beautiful sandy beach which was only 5 minutes away by car. The villa was really well equipped with every mod con to ensure our stay was a comfortable one. Desiree and Ray were very attentive and it was good to know they were nearby if needed. We all highly recommend the villa and hope to return in the future.
