Description

Hidden Retreat is a magnificent Mallorcan-style villa, nestled on a hillside with spectacular views of the Bay of Alcudia and the Serra de Tramuntana. Surrounded by a large expanse of Mediterranean forest that is part of the property and a private garden with an outdoor heated pool that offers total privacy. The villa has all modern comforts and services, maintaining the original beauty and charm, with its terracotta floors, stone walls, typical beamed ceilings and furniture. An ideal place to enjoy a quiet holiday in the nature very close to the beach of Alcudia.
 
The property can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people in 6 rooms (2 extra beds available on request). The house has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, a double bedroom, toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a service room with separate entrance, a bedroom for 2 people, bathroom and a large terrace with access to the pool and garden . On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and one with 3 single beds, all of them with bathroom en suite.
 
Low level:
A large patio gives access to a hall with a beautiful staircase with spectacular views of the Alcudia valley. In the East area we see a living room with access to the terrace and a very comfortable and fully equipped kitchen and a room with double bed with an attached bathroom.
 
In the West area there is another living room with dining area and living area with sofas and television as well as a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom.
 
First floor:
We find two wings, the west wing with 2 bedrooms with double beds and bathroom en suite while in the west wing there are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and bathroom en suite and the other with three single beds and bathroom en suite, ideal for children.
 
Exterior: the villa has two magnificent terraces with spectacular views, one with dining room under porch and barbecue and the other with ping pong table and a chill-out area where you can relax at sunset with a few gin-tonics. From here you can access the pool with sun loungers and the garden.
 
Comfort and Services:
Parking, satellite TV, air conditioning, wifi, central heating, kettle, barbecue, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, fridge / freezer, 2 coffee makers, table tennis. Property equipped with bed linen and towels.
 
The house has central heating. The price is not included in the price are € 150 per week (7 nights)
 
Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
 
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. When possible a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 13:00 and € 90 until 16:00.
In the months of March, April, May and October for stays of less than 7 nights, contact us through an email.
Please note that in the 2019 season the electricity is not included in the price, the cost is € 0.25 / Kw that will pay at the day of departure.

Stuning Villa highly recomended!!!!


We were positively surprised of the nice outdoor area surrounding the house. The cleaning service was perfect and general location was also great (alcudia/pt. pollensa). There are restrictions on the airconditioning so be sure to ask for full control of that beforehand. We have had a great time at this property.

Fabulous family holiday in a beautiful finca


Hidden Retreat is a beautiful finca with amazing views of the surrounding countryside and the majestic Sierra Tramuntana. The description of the property was very accurate, it really is a \'hidden retreat\' and you are out in the country, which is wonderful. Hidden Retreat is clean and beautifully maintained, it has a lovely \'moorish\' atmosphere with a courtyard and a variety of seating areas. It is spacious and very relaxing. Alvaro and his team provide an excellent customer service and looked after us very well, always being available to answer questions and provide information. The pool is amazing! We all enjoyed swimming and having fun, especially my granddaughters. On the last night we enjoyed a late swim in the moonlight with the coloured pool lights, very magical! We visited Pollenca, Puerto Pollenca, Formentor, Alcudia, which we enjoyed but most of all we liked to relax, eat, swim, and socialise at the Hidden Retreat. We would recommend this property for a large family or two or three families who like being out in the country and \'away from it all\'.

Stunning villa and location


The villa is stunning with a great specification and all modern gadgets. The location near the beach means it is only a short walk so great for families. The villa was clean and excellently maintained. The managing company were exceptional and were always on hand to help or answer any queries. Beware the pool is cold but a welcome refresher when it\'s hot. The only down side was the location if you want to eat out at restaurants as this is a fair walk but the modern BBQ more than makes up for this if eating in. I would highly recommend.
