Description

One of the original villas on the Cap but now fully modernized but still retains much of its original features,  including three terraces to be used at different times of the day to either capture the sun or stay in the shade. 
 
Outside kitchen and dinning area by a heated swimming pool (pool heating on request), jacuzzi, barbecue and air conditioning with free Wifi.  
An easy short walk to collect your fresh bread and groceries from the Cremerie, sun tan lotion from the pharmacist, your lunch from the butchers or just eat and drink at Le Jardin Du Cap. 
The private and public beaches are a 10 minutes walk away with water skiing and boat hire facilities nearby. 
 
The nearest towns are Antibes and Juan Les Pins which are a short car or bus journey away where you can enjoy the food markets in the morning and the antiques markets in the afternoon or the countless restaurants, bars and clubs or just troll through the in the "old towns" to enjoy the ambiance!  
 
Your choice of restaurants is vast and range from local cuisine to Michelin Star restaurants!  In addition to the numerous boats and yachts moored at the mariners there is also the Picasso museum to visit.
 
There is something for everyone here, be it a fun filled family holiday or a more relaxing rest by the pool, coupled with good wine, fantastic food and some culture, as required.  
Also convenient for use during the Cannes Film festival or the Monaco Grand Prix.  Both are easily accessible form the villa.
