This vacation home has a large garden full of fruit trees, a wood fire grill and a terrace with a shaded eating area where you can enjoy sunny afternoons. It's ideally located, a short distance from sandy beaches and lively promenades.
 
Inside, this lovely villa is divided into two floors and and can accommodate up to 10 people. The lower floor includes a large living room with access to the garden, a dining room with a large table and a fully-equipped kitchen. The upper floor has 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have one double bed each and the other two have two single beds each.

This house is located in the coastal town of Juan Les Pins, three-quarters of a mile north of the sandy beaches along the Mediterranean. You'll be a one-mile walk from the historic center of Antibes and five miles north of the iconic rocky coasts of Cap d'Antibes. The home is also just six miles east of Cannes, where you'll find the famous Promenade de la Croisette, a large variety of shops and restaurants and all the glamor of the Cannes Film Festival, held every May.
