Spring Lake is a large spring fed waterway that flows into Charlotte Harbor with one bridge. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, ceiling fan, walk in closet, sliders to the lanai and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and sliders to the lanai. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a ceiling fan. Second bathroom has a tub/shower located between the two guest bedrooms. There is a 55 inch TV in the great room and a 42 inch TV with portable cable that can be moved between bedrooms and lanai. The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless appliances and a propane gas stove. Cable and internet are included. There are laundry facilities in the garage. Tennis courts, shopping mall, theater, golf courses, beach complex and boating are less than five miles away. Pool and lawn service are provided.
