Formal living room and dining room are located on master side of house, with to the lanai and pool. Den is on the guest side and also has a slider to the lanai and pool. Furnishings include linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen. Pool can be heated with heat pump. Gas grill is located on lanai. Cable and internet are included as well as utilities. Washer and dryer are located in the large 2 car garage. Beach chairs, umbrellas and fishing gear is also in garage. Tennis courts and park are less than 1 mile away. Beach, shopping mall and theater are less than 5 miles away. Pool and lawn service are provided weekly at an agreed upon time.
