Located in attractive urbanisation in the charming southern Spanish town of Estepona between Marbella and Gibraltar 45 min. from the airport. 
The complex has a beautiful, common pool area right down to the beach. 
The apartment is residently rebuild and decorated in a modern, Scandinavian style with an open kitchen, large living room, two bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and a lovely 40 m2 large terrace with unobstructed views of the sea and beach from the harbour in the east to Gibraltar in the west. 
 
Notes
Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted in the areal of the apartment. In violation of this, there will be charged a fee.

reservation fee of 50 % of the rental price must be paid within 7 days after the reservation, in order to confirm your booking of the appartment. In case of cancellation 4 weeks before arrival, the deposit will be returned, minus an administration fee of 60,- euro´s. Cancellation less than 4 weeks before arrival, the deposit of rental is lost.

Beautiful home


We spent a week in August 2017. As soon as we entered the apartment we felt it was home from home. The views were beautiful and the spacious seating areas on the balcony were very comfortable. The whole place was spacious and clean. The gardens were immaculately kept and the pool area was very clean. Her Kristian was very helpful as was Natalie the cleaner. I would highly recommend this apartment but would advise anyone booking to consider hiring a car.

We had a very nice stay and great holiday in Estepona in this Penthouse located in Estepona Rivièra Andaluza, all details and accomodations are from high Standard, stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea and Gibraltar. We will definitely come again to this sunny paradise, also compliments to the service and owner for realised this away some holiday............

The property exceeded our expectations. Top location, very attractive area, great pool area with direct beach access (gate). Very nice apartment with a spacious roof terrace and fantastic views over the sea from Estepona harbor to Gibraltar and with good views to the African north coast. Vehicle highly recommended.
