Villino by the sea on a golden and very fine beach. Seabed safe suitable for children and only 2 km from the center of Licata and a few km from the castle of Falconara. Half an hour drive from the Valley of the Temples and other tourist resorts.  The house consists of three bedrooms (one double and two twins) with the possibility of adding two more beds, a kitchen / dining room, a living room, a terrace with a total of about mq115. The house is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, TV, internet connection, fans in every room and mosquito nets on windows. A parking space is guaranteed within the condominium area, further places are available outside the building.
 
Since this property is rented on an occasional basis and on a non-business subject, please contact us before you check in to be able to agree on the time when you will meet for access to the house. We do not provide any additional service, our cottage is NOT an accommodation and is rented for short periods.
