Located in Lockrum Estate, the luxurious Villa Coyaba is a six bedroom villa situated on the scenic southern coast of Anguilla giving you immaculate views of the sea overlooking the neighboring island of St. Martin. Your secluded beach is perfect for sunning or swimming and is only steps away.With it’s beautiful surroundings and spacious accommodations, Villa Coyaba is the perfect settings for family or friends to escape to paradise.
 
The word ”Coyaba” is the Arawak name for HEAVEN which the Arawaks deemed to be a quiet, relaxing place of joy and peace. Villa Coyaba offers just that.
 
The unique shaped pool 20’x50′ is nestled among coconut palms and flanked with a 10′ round jacuzzi. A sunken stone bar is adjacent the pool. A 2,000 square feet terrace provides plenty of space for relaxing, lounging and/or dining. A gazebo located at the coast is perfect for experiencing the embrace of the tranquil trade winds, listening to the lap of the waves of the Caribbean Sea or on occasion, enjoying a siting of a whale on its journey through the Caribbean.
 
Five of the six bedrooms have an adjacent terrace with a view of the ocean and/or St. Martin. Spacious common areas include the living room, dining room and family room; all of which open onto an expansive terrace overlooking St. Martin where you can sun and dine. The family room also opens onto a separate terrace for secluded seating. Beautiful Caribbean sunsets can be enjoyed from the upper northern terrace.
 
The six bedrooms are outfitted with a king size beds and private bathrooms. One bedroom has an outdoor shower. The master suite is rather spacious and features a separate shower and a two person Roman tub. Two hammocks swing close to the water’s edge for added relaxation.
 
Our Policies
Maximum number of guests is 12 persons. Arriving guests are welcome from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and departing guests are asked to depart by 12:00 pm. Villa Coyaba is a non-smoking villa. Rates are subject to change without notice, rates include breakfast. A deposit is required to confirm the reservation.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy- Cancellations of arrivals during the Festive Period (December 15 th  to January 5 th ) are nonrefundable. For booking dates other than the Festive Period, written cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival date receive a full refund. When the Client cancels, for whatever reason, within sixty days prior to arrival date, the following charges will be levied:
 
Written cancellations received 59 – 29 days prior to arrival: 25% of total invoice (less Government Tax and Service Charge). Written cancellations received 28 or fewer days prior to arrival date: 100% of the total invoice (less Government Tax and Service Charge).
 
Villa Coyaba will use its best efforts to sell the cancelled booking and, if successful, refunds as appropriate will be made to the Client.

Additional Rate details

Mandatory 12% Government Tax and 10% Service Charge are additional.
 
Deposit & Payment
Rates are quoted in US dollars per night and are exclusive of a 12% government tax and 10% service charge. For the Holiday Season, preference will be given to reservations of at least 10 nights. A 50% deposit of the total rental amount is due to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival in High Season and 30 days in Low Season.
