The kitchen counter is exotic granite called Sedna Magma. It’s surface has been specially leathered. The appliances are brand new with the latest features including a double oven. Not shown in the photographs are the bar stools, blender, and toaster. It is completely supplied with all dishes, flatware, and all cooking utensils, service for eight. The backsplash is constructed from dry stacked stone.
The den features a working stone fireplace. The 65” TV is a smart TV with HBO, Cinemax, and Stars available. Netflix and Pandora are available as well. The furniture is from King Hickory, top of the line. The sofa as not a sleeper sofa. The rug is made from wool. The Den contains a bar, liquor not included.
The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed with two sets of linens available. The TV console has a 40” smart TV with all the features of the Den TV. There is plenty of drawer space and a large walk in closet.
The Master Bath has not only a shower with frameless glass door, but huge tub spa with water jets. The counter is made from an exotic granite called Rain Forest. Its surface is also specially leathered. Lighted make up mirror. The three shelves above the toilet are identical to the shelves on either side of the mirror, but not shown as of this writing.
The Guest Bedroom is shown with two twin beds. Two sets of linens are available. The beds can be converted into a king. The king size bedding is available. It has a 40 screen TV with HBO, Cinemax, and Stars, but not the smart feature.
The Guest bath is equipped with lighted make up mirror. Tub / shower with curtain. Washer / Dryer are located in the closet. The vanity surface is an exotic granite called Mascerello, with a polished surface.
