Wonderful location, Beautiful views, Very quiet

We really enjoyed the country villa because it was in a beautiful location, very quiet, and relaxing. The house has plenty of room. It was so peaceful that we stayed “home” for 2 days just relaxing and enjoying the house. It’s very close to Salo and Lake Garda without the noise and chaos of all the people. Our hosts, Alessandra and Marco were terrific. They were very friendly and provided everything needed. This would be a perfect place for a large group.

We had a glorious time at the barn! Alessandra and Marco were the warmest hosts!

The barn is absolutely spectacular! We would set up breakfast every morning against the incredible view, nap on the sun beds, watch the rabbits and listen to the birds. There are windows everywhere so you see the dramatic mountains wherever you look. It is very spacious, and accommodated our family of 5 very comfortably. It can easily accommodate more people. There is plenty to do - you can walk/hike along the mountain path, take a 20 minute drive to Lake Garda and nearby towns (Salo was gorgeous!), or just enjoy the Italian countryside! Alessandra and Marco were wonderful. Marco met us at a nearby church and guided us up the mountain (some advice: rent a small car not a big one as the drive up may be tricky with a big vehicle!). Marco then took us for dinner at a local restaurant and settled us back in the barn. He also taught us how to make Italian coffee for breakfast! In brief, we felt very looked after - they are both so kind and warm. They responded to all of our questions very quickly and were so helpful! Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
