Casa Favorita was extensively renovated in 2010. It consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds (1.6 x 2 m), a new bathroom with toilet, shower (90 x 100 cm), washing machine and a large living / dining room with lake view. The living room has a fireplace, a modern large L-fitted kitchen and a large dining table for 8 people. The kitchen has plenty of space, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, a large gas stove with 5 cooking zones, an extractor fan. In addition, here is a Couch (1.4 x 2 m), a 46'-flat satellite TV for 4 Satellitten (Astra 19.2; Astra 23; 28 and Astra. Hotbird). You can park on the property in a double carport. The pool is solar heated. Further, located on the property nor a separate flat situated the house with lake views. The flat consists of an L-shaped living / bedroom, a 2016 completely modernized bathroom and a closet. In the sleeping part of the living room there are 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a flat screen satellite TV with DVD. In the living area is a Couch (ca. 1.4 x 2 m).  The house is ideal for relaxing vacations, water sports or winter for winter athletes to (St. Moritz is 70 km, Madesimo 50 km Aprica 70 km)
 
All windows have blinds and insect protection. In the low-rise building have all insect protection window.
 
Accommodation benefits: The seclusion of the house and the quiet lakeside location you have one high recreational value. Dogs are allowed on the enclosed property and well cared for. You have direct access to the lake and almost a private beach. While you're at the beach, even a small child can safely times short walk up to the house, since no traffic. Within walking distance are 4 restaurants within what is after a boisterous meal with wine or beer necessarily an advantage. In the morning you can buy at the bakery also within walking distance where freshly baked bread. You can right in front a license-free dinghy with 5 hp (600 kg payload) or rent your own boat for a buoy mooring directly in front of the house.
