Recently built house, consisted of 2 apartments.
 
The rooms of this apartment, situated on the second floor of the beautiful villa, are large and very bright. From the sitting room you can get to a covered terrace with outdoor dining table and admire a splendid front view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. On the opposite side of the house there is another covered terrace with table, from which you can get to a small garden with barbecue; the 2 balconies are situated on the other 2 sides of the house, so that you can sunbathe during the day and enjoy an enchanting panorama.  This beautiful house of 120 sq m is ideal for big families, groups of friends or 2 families (sleeps up to 9). The 2 night areas are separated from each other and they both have a private bathroom.
 
The sitting room is very large and features a wooden ceiling creating a welcoming atmosphere, as well as two dining tables and two sofas.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, etc.
The 2 bathrooms are equipped with shower and one of them has even a jacuzzi.
The wifi internet connection is free.
Opposite the house there is a large private parking for cars , available to our guests.
The location is very quiet and surrounded everywhere by nature, allowing you to enjoy a beautiful panorama and a relaxing holiday.

Great place!


We had a wonderfull week in Cremia. The house was very nice and clean with a lot of space. The owners were very friendly and helpfull. It\'s was the second time that we stayed in this house and it was a great pleasure again!

Our wonderful stay at Casa Vacanza


We wanted to see the Expo 2015 in Milan and also enjoy the Lake Como area so we booked this “Casa”. The very friendly owners welcomed us when we arrived and showed us around. Everything was very clean and contained everything you need and more. The house has large rooms and 2 luxury bathrooms. The garden and balcony with a nice view on the lake was a pleasant surprise. You can walk to the lake from the garden. Every day we started the day with the freshly baked bread from the small town shop 150 meters away. During the day we visited many villages around the lakes, Milan, Bergamo and of course the Expo 2015 in Milan. We didn’t had a dull day during out 10 days’ vacation. We are very enthusiastic regarding the house, the lake and surrounding towns. There was only one disadvantage during our holiday, someone in the family gained 3 kilo’s…..
