The property is divided into three independent living areas, which make "Villa Lucia" the ideal solution for a single group, but also for two or three families who want to have a holiday with friends but at the same time prefer to maintain the privacy and comfort of three separate and autonomous living areas.
 
The apartment "Gli Olivi" has a total surface of about 140m2, and has a large living room with sofas and open kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with three single beds, two bathrooms with shower and the laundry, for a total of seven beds.
 
The apartment "I Limoni" has a total surface of about 100m2, and has a large living room with sofa and kitchen, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and the laundry with additional shower, for a total of four beds.

The large common covered portico is the meeting area of ​​the group, and is furnished with a large 14-seater dining table, from which you can enjoy the enchanting view of the lake and the swimming pool.
 
The above ground pool measures 7 meters x 4 meters, water height 1. 30 meters, and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people at the same time.
The entire Villa, the garden and the swimming pool are fully and exclusively available to guests. 
 
In the large garden you will find the typical Mediterranean vegetation of the area, where olive trees and palms dominate; the large spaces that surround the Villa allow you to have total privacy, and at the same time your children can play freely in the garden and in the pool without having to worry about the noise; there is also an area with a built-in barbecue, complete with a work area and a sink for outdoor cooking.
 
"Villa Lucia" is located on the hill overlooking the town of Gardone Riviera, within the naturalistic area of ​​the Alto Garda Park, which offers you the possibility of wonderful walking and mountain biking, enjoying the wonderful view of the Lake below.
 
The Villa is about 1km from the shore of the lake and its beaches, and is connected by a tarmac road and fairly steep, passable by car without particular difficulty (the Villa is 160 meters above the lake level).

Comfort and Recreation


This chalet is wonderful in the sense of the word and full of services and is considered a resort in an amazing village with its beauty and its tourist services, where it combines the green mountain and the sea. The splendor of this chalet complements the wonderful reception of its owner and his very friendly family and provides the required services and answers to all inquiries. This wonderful chalet is actually identical as described in its description and picture but in fact the finest. I recommend it and very suitable for Arab families, bearing in mind that in an agricultural village with insects and the road leading to the chalet is narrow with a steep slope, but it is short should be cautious.

Outstanding villa in beautiful location


The villa is in a prime location with glorious views of the lake. The interior of the villa was beautifully designed, very modern, clean, practical and spacious. The WiFi was fast and all the facilities inside the villa (washing machine, dishwasher etc) all worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to visit the lake and the surrounding area.
